He assessed the problem, installed a new unit after telling me the cost, and then tested all the sprinkler heads to make sure everything was in working order.

Their work, scheduling and problem solving was excellent. Their pricing was excellent. They needed to come out a few times in order to do all of the work. I asked for the same team so that they would not have to start from scratch. This didn't happen. Their Team Leaders are in that position for a reason and are good communicators. The guys who work with them, are not as well equipped. This is not a criticism, just the reality. I would recommend this company.

All of my neighbors were doing it and they have a deal where if we go in with a bunch of people it would be cheaper and the same price as the other guys. It was about the same but I didn’t have to do any work. I didn't even interact with them. Somebody in my neighborhood coordinated it and I just paid the dollars. Their billing system is a little bit outdated because we basically have to mail them a check or call in with our payment. I think may only take a check. They definitely don’t have an online payment system. They are more expensive than other people that I researched from most people. They are pretty responsive.

Lead and workers were courteous and knowledgeable. Installation was an 8-zone, front/back yard watering system to an existing home with developed landscape. There was very little residual damage to landscape. Company was quit to respond to a need for watering head adjustments. I highly recommend this company for watering system work.

We had Aquasense install our home sprinkler system, and have stayed with them for ongoing maintenance. They send us seasonal reminders, but aren't pushy about it, and if we coordinate service with a nearby neighbor, we all get a price break. They're reasonable, prompt, and reliable.

Turned up on time, did exactly what we'd agreed and discounted the price as he had another client in the area. Excellent service. Will be booking Aquasense again in the spring for a system refresh.

I was very impressed with the level of service provided by Aquasense. On the day they were to come and fix my system, they called to let me know they would arrive at the later end of the time frame rather than let me sit around for the two hours or so. They arrived within a few minutes of when they told me they would be at my house. The explained what they would be doing and the potential costs involved. When I asked about various parts of the job and what they could potentially do in addition, they told me they would let me know as they went what they found and what the costs might be. At every step where there was a decision I would need to make, they knocked on the door to let me know and explained everything to me in a very professional manner. I was very pleased with Aquasense and will definitely use them in the future. I will also recommend them to anyone looking for a sprinkler system repair.

We've used AquaSense several times over the last few years. So naturally, we called them again when we had a broken sprinkler. They were able to come when we weren't home so we didn't have to wait too long since we had two (it turned out) malfunctioning sprinkler heads. They came, tested everything, turned off a couple sprinklers that weren't needed (so we weren't wasting water), and fixed what needed to be fixed. Very polite, fast, and totally trust their work.

We called Aquasense to repair a small leak in one of our valves and to replace a broken lawn sprinkler head. They had to remove the wood box covering the valve assembly (which took awhile) to have enough room to remove the leaking PVC pipe. They fixed the leak and re-assembled the box perfectly. I had them replace a broken head and they discovered another one that needed replacement. Everything works very well now.

They were very prompt and got the testing done fairly quickly. While they were here, I asked them to test the system and clean out some of the sprinkler heads. They also found a broken pipe that I did not know about and repaired another one that was known. They got everything in working order and then reprogrammed the system for me. They were very quick and efficient.

Great service provided by Aquasense. I had them come out and do a Spring tune-up and check in on the system. My property has a 12-zone system which they were able to get through fairly quickly. Ended up replacing several pieces for free with extra pieces they had from a previous job. Very knowledgeable about the system and gave good recommendations for yearly maintenance.

Worked well. I called, got an appointment right away. They send the report to the water district the same day. Very nice. One less thing to worry about.

They arrived as scheduled and promptly inspected the existing system. They identified the damaged areas and fixed them promptly. they also went over their inspection and made appropriate recommendations. They were fast, efficient and knowledgeable.

They are very responsive and last year came out to winterize when we were out of state and the weather turned really cold.

These guys are very customer service oriented and professional. Called and let us know that they were running half an hour late . After the installation was done my husband had a question on operating the system and the installation and they came out the next day at no charge to recheck their work (which was done correctly). Very pleased with this company's follow through and professionalism. Used them again to winterize the sprinkler system just a few days ago.

The company has serviced me for the past several years prior to my joining Angie's List. They are thorough and are extremely professional. They get back to you promptly. My water bill this past summer was close to double what it had been for the past several years. My lawn was a bit greener this year than in the past, but it didn't justify a complete double the amount from the past trends. I called the company to come out and check my sprinkler system first as I thought it might be leaking. In the end, it was a leak in the house, but just to be sure, they checked everything thoroughly and gave me a detailed zone consumption, estimated consumption and run time report. I recently had my landscape lighting installed. They came out twice to make sure that I liked where the lights would be placed, how it would look as well as different options. They worked on the project, installed it very efficiently and cleaned up afterwards. Everyone of the staff that has been out to service my house has been very friendly and professional. Their prices are competitive and customer service, excellent!

This was my first time using their service, I thought they were excellent. They are a convenient company, came out quickly to do the work and were professional. It took them about an hour to complete the service.
