In the past we've also used them to do irrigation system tuneups and repairs (they found a hidden valve that was broken). In general we've always found them to be efficient, professional, and low cost. We only had one problem and it might not have been Aquasense's fault. One year, after they turned on the irrigation system in the spring, we got a very large water bill. Many times normal. It turned out the irrigation system had a leak. Aquasense said that the leak was not present when they turned on the system. But if so the leak must have started start soon after that. I bring this up as a reminder to all to check your water meter immediately after and then shortly after turning it on the spring to see any leaks exist. There was no obvious sign of leak above ground, yet our water bill was over a thousand dollars for a 2 week period (between when the irrigation system was turned on and the water company read the meter.)

Briefly- even thought they were extremely busy they fit us in as our needs were urgent. they fixed our neighborhood sprinklers and charged a reasonable rate.

I was all set to give a bad review, but then they went out of their way to fix the mix up. For some reason whomever had come over to do the backflow test and the sprinkler tune up ran out of time so the work wasn't done and nobody called to say when or if they'd be back. A quick phone call and the new appointment was schedule for 2 days later. Within 2 hours someone had dropped by and did a great job doing the rest of the repair and walking me through the work they had done. I got a phone call to confirm I was happy with the work and that I didn't need anything else. Will be using these guys again.

I had spoken to them about this on a previous visit 3 weeks prior and they had suggested this approach to both solve my problem with the leaking auto-fill valve that I had and to minimize water usage going forward in case of leaks. They gave me a quote on email and scheduled the work to suit me. The work was really nicely done and it was hard to tell that the ground had been dug up after they left. I'll be calling them next time I have any kind of irrigation work needed.

Reported that they uncovered sprinklers (they did not. I had done most of them before they came), checked sprinklers (they did not do a thorough job). One sprinkler needed to be raised due to a newly installed obstruction that they failed to see. When I complained about that and other unhappinesses, the company did have someone come out and add an extension to the offending sprinkler head. One sprinkler head, a few feet from where one serviceman and I were talking, was obviously leaking. When I brought it to his attention, he did replace it. They acted like it was the end of a very long day ... they did arrive midday and on time but, all in all, it was a most unsatisfactory experience. It did not help that the assistant kept chewing and spitting not far from my feet and into the garden. I will not use them again.

They are absolutely excellent. They are really good guys, they really know their stuff and they are always there on time, take care of business and they are very efficient.

I don't have to be home which is great. They tell you when they're coming, they come do the work, clean up after themselves, etc. Great job.

Good service, though the price is more than I've paid in the past

Had 2 guys here for 2 1/2 hours and never even let us know that we had several plants blocking multiple sprinkler heads. Several calls not returned. Only response was an email saying it is not their responsibility.

Provider said they are not taking on new customers.

It went well other than that the team didn't show up first. Then, the manager tried to make up the problem by sending the team immediately. I have enjoyed working with them particularly for their professionalism and the quality of the work. The schedulign has been a bit of an issue, though.

The crew was professional, timely and great communicators. Identified a problem with our system and suggested multiple options for fixes. They have also tested our backflow system, and again were professional and timely and helpful.

I am estimating the last charge - I don't remember the charge Several years ago Aquasense installed my sprinkler system. The Company is honest and has a strong customer service ethic. I use them for spring and fall maintenance, and if I ever do landscaping work I would use them again. I very much appreciate their email reminders and willingness to communicate by email.

Work was completed on time. Repairs and adjustments needed were made.
