 + 3 moreWork went well, they were very professional with the job, had to work so they were given entrance to the house while we were at work. Very careful not to let my cats out and clean up as they did the work. The deck was in bad condition and scary to walk out on but now it is solid and we can enjoy it this summer.
Description of Work: Repaired and re-enforced our deck, and remodeled our guest bathroom. Also repaired downstairs ceiling were water had damaged the ceiling due to leaky shower upstairs. Re-shingled roof, and repaired part of the roof that was water damaged.

 + 0 moreWe wanted to add an bedroom and a home office along with increasing the size of garage. Ancora's team was very professional in their approach. The lead carpenter and the architect spent time with us to identify our needs and propose different options that would meet our needs. Based on the design we liked they provided complete plan details and did the permits for the project. They completed the project on time and on budget. We had a few changes along with the way which were executed perfectly. We will definitely use them in future. Thanks for great work.

 + -1 moreThey performed an excellent job in repairing by existing deck and finishing it to make it look brand new. After the work was complete they showed be proper way to take care of the finish so I would not have problems in future. They followed up with me after 6 months to check if there were any issues with deck. I give my highest recommendation to Ancora Construction and Remodeling,

Description of Work: Kitchen remodel. Remove a few walls between kitchen and living room to adopt the open concept. Work started in December 2013, was supposed to be done in a month. Instead took 8 months with multiple redoes, uncountable no-shows and a whole lot of pushing involved. Way too much tension than we had signed up for. The one positive thing I can call out is that the owner has a high quality bar and never debated or pushed back on the quality if the work wasn't done right.
