From our experience with them they were great when they could get the order right and submitted in a reasonable time. However, more than half of the time the company would either lose our order, place the wrong order, or take over 3-4 days to get back to us about an order. Because of their lack of professionalism especially in their lag time in responding to our companies inquiries, we are now looking for a new window treatment company.
Description of Work: We use American Drapery for all of our blind and drapes in our apartment complexes.

Blinds and shades were exactly what I needed and wanted. High quality with a very short turn-around time. Personnel were knowledgeable and courteous. Staff showed me how I could install blinds myself.
Description of Work: Need new window coverings for a rental. Company worked with me to obtain the correct measurements, select appropriate blinds, and advised on installation.

THEY PROVIDED A GREAT PRODUCT AND INSTALLED IT IN A TIMELY FASHION. THE PRICE WAS GOOD. ANY TIME YOU PAY THAT MUCH MONEY IT SEEMS HIGH, BUT IT WAS DEFINITELY WORTH IT. PROFESSIONALISM WAS VERY GOOD.
Description of Work: WE HAD ALL THE BLINDS REPLACED, IN OUR HOUSE, FOR 6 ROOMS.
