I called their number and the person I spoke to didn't know the schedule and had to have someone else call me back. Well someone called (while I briefly stepped away) and they left an extremely rude voicemail. There is no way a company that acts like that will get my business.

This was an Angie's List Big Deal, I don't know what the normal price would be for this sort of service. The technician was very professional and knew what he was doing. He showed me several areas in the furnace where it is wearing and explained what could happen. He did a good job cleaning and servicing the heater. No hard sell to get me to buy a new one from his company but did talk to me about the various heater options available if and when I get a new one.

The lead Nathan arrived ahead of time and is very friendly / professional, addressing all questions I have about install. Install process was smooth & nicely done! 3 men crew + 2 electricians, all very friendly people & focused on what they are doing. Was happy that the electrical / piping can be done without too many ugly piping. Now system is put to test! :) They are not the cheapest, but reasonable enough to provide a Bryant product. Karl who is the sale guys came twice to bid, and was also doing all he can to win the business as some other contractor said I needed only a 2 tonne (at a much higher price though), and Karl diligently showed me why I needed a 3 tonne system. Very good customer service, but yet able to give sound advice for a long term investment! Thanks folks. You guys are great!

Great, no gouging....didn't tell us we needed service unless it truly was necessary. Totally satisfied with aAll Climate Heating as well as the tech.

On time, though, good job.

It was a bad experience. The only reason I didn't give an overall F was because the provider responded quickly to correct their mistakes. First, the serviceman was not very polite and professional. We actually wanted the pipe to be extended for the dryer and the stove, and he told us extending it to the stove would require the pipe to go outside the house and would be quite expensive. As my wife and I were debating our options (do nothing, do only the dryer or do both), he told us we were taking too long to decide. We decided to do only the dryer and he completed his work in 3 hours and charged us almost $700, including $150 for an hour of consultation. He left without turning on the pilot for the water heater, so there was no hot water for our shower that evening. Had to make a call to the office the next morning and they sent him back the same day to fix it. My wife and daughter complained about gas smell the next few days and finally I called the office to complain. Again, they promptly sent a technician the same day. Sure enough, there was a leak - the first serviceman had messed that up, too! Given the quality and the price I would not recommend this service at all. The only good thing was that they fixed the problems promptly.

They weren't very good, just fine. I have no complaints. I use them every year.

We purchased an A.O. Smith in October 2005 and paid extra money for a 10 year warranty. It's been our experience that having a ten year warranty means the item will wear out exactly 1-2 weeks after it has expired. Well we are more than four months past that date and want to avoid having to scramble to get a new one when this one wears out. Water heaters are expensive to replace so of course we want to leave it in as long as possible. All Climate took the time to give me instructions (over the phone) on what they do when they check for water heater issues and suggested that I might be able to get a good idea of where our unit was at in the replacement scheme of things. Thanks to this helpful information (that was free, I might add) we have determined that our unit is still functioning as it should and we can wait a little bit longer to replace. Thanks for saving me a lot of money and giving me peace of mind! I will definitely call them when we need to get the unit replaced.

On the day after Christmas our central heating was not working, we called around to find someone that could come out that day, and All Climate was the only one that responded. The technician was on time and professional - he was able to diagnose the issue quickly (apparently the igniter burning out is a common problem), was upfront about the cost, fixed it quickly and also gave some advice about how to replace the filter (since it was ~1yr old) and recommended to replace the water heater that was next to the furnace as well (since it is ~12yrs old). He was not pushy with his recommendations - it felt like he was more giving advice then trying to upsell me. Overall, very happy with my experience.

Very helpful. Staff response was very nice and great. The price was a little bit high.

The service was good, no complaints. One person came out and it took him two hours to complete the job. He did a great job cleaning-up like he wasn't even there. I would say that they are prompt, quick, efficient and cordial.

The water from the tap was not warming up. I called a couple contractors and All Climate could come early enough for me that I wouldn't have to miss a whole day of work. I really appreciate the flexibility. The guy was on time, a little early in fact. He showed me that the pilot light on the gas heater for the water heater had been blown out, I had never had any gas-powered appliances before, so he also demonstrated how to reset the pilot light in the future.

I have a Bryant HVAC system and the AC portion quit working over the weekend. I called All Climate on Monday and they were able to fit me in on the up coming Wednesday. The Technician, Bill, knew what to check and had the AC unit repaired in minutes. He then serviced the Heating system , cleaning out all components and checking to make sure it was all in working order. Good experience and my house is again cooling properly.

Work was performed professionally and quickly. In addition to installing the new air cleaner they also sealed several large gaps in my duct work assuring that less crawlspace air gets sucked into the system. I've been using this company for years, they put in my furnace and do my annual maintenance as well as occasional duct cleaning etc. With the exception of one bad technician, who is no longer with the company, I have never had any issues with them. All issues involving the bad tech were resolved to my complete satisfaction. I will continue using them for years to come.

Supplied and installed a generator. Pretty much whole house. Looks great. Our only problem was scheduling the final inspection. Initial inspection required we make some changes. The changes should have been obvious to someone familiar to electrical. If we had been able to make the changes pwouldn't the initial inspection we would have been fine. unfortunately, we received no direction from the installers we had two scheduled dates for the final, took time off work to be free. First the gal at the office screwed it up. The second time the county did not show. We have never received that final.

I engage All Climate every year to adjust my furnaces. This tech remembered my setup from previous visits (this is one thing I appreciate about All Climate - their staff seems consistent year-over-year). Spent about 30 minutes on each furnace. Recommended that I switch from electronic air cleaner to disposable filters because of ozone issues and rapidly-declining effectiveness if I don't clean them frequently (which I didn't).

They repaired the furnace at a very reasonable rate. I have also had them replace a furnace and they do go the extra mile to ensure a quality job.

They were on time, and the services went well.

My family and I have been through a terrible ordeal with All Climate. Here is what has happened: · Installed York furnace in late Sept 2009. · Furnace stops working Oct 2009--Installation was not done properly. We (2 adults & 2 young kids & one guniea pig) were without heat for several days while All Climate got us into their schedule. · Maintenance 2011. They had to replace a part already after only 2 years. Covered under warranty and included in maintenance price. · Maintenance 2012 – everything goes smoothly · 2013 dormant Installation Issue rears its head: Our basement sink has a metal P-Trap that disintegrated and caused water leaking all over the floor. Cause: All Climate installed the condensation tube down our sink drain. Turns out the runoff from the furnace is ionically charged and can eat through metal but not plastic. As I understand it, if not caught the runoff would have eventually destroyed the sewage pipe. We learned this from the plumber who charged us a couple hundred bucks to fix it. All Climate did not reimburse. All Climate did come and redirect the condensation tubing through the crawlspace and to the outside of the house. Again, they did it wrong when they didn’t seal the tube properly and caused our crawl space to fill with water. We were not charged for All Climate labor but they also didn’t reimburse for the damages. · 2014- over the last 3 weeks- The furnace has died. This includes the time period when the temperature was about 24 degrees. All Climate came out when we called and took a “guess” at what the problem was and charged us $86 to come over. They were thinking it had to do with the blower motor or maybe the transducer. We had to wait a week (huddling around space heaters) for the part to come in. No one was updating us on the parts—we had to keep calling to check on it. When it arrived it was the wrong thing. We had to wait another 2 days for the right one. Then, the technician installed it and charged us $210 in labor. Several hours later, the furnace dies again and it is after 5pm which would require us to pay for an evening technician to come by. We refused the evening tech and waited until the next day. The next tech shows up and says the furnace control panel is generating too much wattage and burning up the blower motor. He said we’ll have to pay another $210 labor plus $55 warranty processing plus $107 travel fee for him to go pick up the part. I threatened to sue and he said “take it up with main office” and then left. 10 minutes later I was locating a lawyer and the tech came back and said the GM has authorized the work to be done for free. He admitted that they are not fully trained on York furnaces.

What I appreciated even more, he offered DIY suggestions on how to investigate the extent of the problem. I really enjoyed his empowerment attitude that we could do that investigating ourselves. He also came back a couple of days later for a consultation when we were unsure of the next step .Nice, helpful man!

They call and let me know when its time for my maintenance. They do a great job making sure our furnace is running and well maintained.

All Climate is a fantastic shop. We have used them for 4 jobs now in the last month. Furnace service, gas line expansion, new water heater and duct cleaning (new house). All techs have been professional, knowledgable and courteous. The sales guy, Bob is great and so are the ladies in the office!

They were able to adjust their schedule to fit us in quickly since we didn't have heat and it was cold.

Our heater stopped working so I called All Climate based on a recommendation from our neighbors. They were able to come a few hours later, which was very much appreciated. The man was very informative and performed the repair quickly. Our ignitor had broken so he replaced it and cleaned the sensor.

The service person was punctual and polite. Air duct cleaning was priced by the number of vents. The furnace tune-up was done relatively quick. The entire service call took about 3 hours. We had this furnace installed by All Climate and has been serviced by them. This is the first time we have the ducting cleaned. One point of caution is that we don't know how well everything will work when winter comes, because the work was done in June, followed by 2 very warm months.
