The technicians seem to know what they are doing. I have used them for years, they installed my furnace. I have had them every year

Description of Work: I made 3 separate calls to the provider, each time the gentleman that answered was very nice, and sent a message to have someone call me. Somewhere the communication is not there, as my information was checked and double checked. The work never even got off the ground.

Description of Work: I took the day off from work to be there for the technician who said they would be there between 11am-1pm today. I got a call at about 10:00am saying they would be delayed but still would be out today. About 2:30pm they called me and they said they still are stuck on the same job and may not be out today. I am now waiting to see if they made me take the day off for nothing...

Description of Work: Furnace stopped working due to faulty thermostat (Bryant Evolution). Checked working condition of furnace's electrical circuitry and thermostat. Replaced thermostat with used one (they had used in their office ) at a discounted price. |Jim (Service Mgr) was so friendly and helpful. He didn't push any service or products and help me diagnose the problem. Even offered the least expensive way to remedy issue - for me to pick up the thermostat (didn't choose that option because wanted to make sure it wasn't just the thermostat). Our service tech was also a pleasure to deal with - professional, friendly, & punctual. He put on his slip ons to protect our wood floors. Again, he didn't pressure me on getting more service or products - just did what was diagnosed.
