Adrianne's Housekeeping

I have been using Adrienne's for a couple of weeks and have been very impressed. I had another service prior and I am now noticing what they had been missing. We had a small hiccup with a thing or two this week, however after sending a quick email, it was addressed.

Every room sparkled and glowed! I walked into my house and it smelled so clean! I loved the personal touches, too. Thank you!

Adrianne's always arrives on time and goes the extra mile to make a bed up for me or clean out the cat food bowls! They are the best! They have been my housecleaners for 5 years now and are so professional! Great company that is always willing to work around my schedule!

So we have been looking for a cleaning service and have had 3 in the last 2 months. Why is it so hard to find someone that really cleans? LOOK NO FURTHER!!!! Maddy (the person that answers the phone) guaranteed us that we would love their cleaning service though they were more expensive. She was right, the cleaners just left and they really scrubbed our house! Can wait for them to come back in 2 weeks!!!! Great job!

I hired Adrianne's cleaning when I was about 36 weeks pregnant with my first child and just couldn't physically clean my home effectively. I was very happy with the work they did and have been using them every two weeks since (my daughter is now almost 6months old). Team 5 is who cleans our home, and I absolutely love the work they do. I've had other teams clean when team 5 was unavailable and never truly felt quite as happy with the results. Team 5 has come to know my home and really fit my needs. They are a great fit for our cleaning style (we had some trial and error with other teams so finding the perfect fit is key). They clean the way I would if I had the time, and that is something I really wanted in a cleaning crew. It's hard sometimes asking for help with things you are use to doing, but having team 5 help keep my home clean so I can spend every precious moment with my daughter is worth the price (which is very reasonable for the work done, and I'm happy to pay it).

I have used Adrianne's Housekeeping for over a year and have been very pleased with their service and crew each time. I am always greeted with a smile and the cleaning crew is always eager to please. I highly recommend and would not think of using any other service.

I have had Adrianne's Housekeeping in my home for about 4 yrs. not and they are a consistently great cleaning service, week after week! Always timely and informative if they are running behind (which is rare). Great value & great service!

I had Jasmine and Irma from Adrienne's cleaning service and they were fantastic. I have been baking and sewing up a storm with no time for any cleaning and when they finished my apartment was spotless. They did all the little extra things that just finish things off also. It was so nice to have my cozy home back with no crumbs, dust, or threads. They did each room just how I asked. I am very picky on my kitchen and bathrooms and they passed every expectation. I would love to have them be my 'regular' cleaning crew. Adrienne's prices are competitive and they are easy to contact. I would highly recommend them.

They do an exceptional job and often go above and beyond to make up beds and add special touches to each room! Love Adrianne's!

They are good. They always come through fine. Their price is pretty good. The group sometimes comes in threes. Usually one person is slow and one person is very fast.

overall, well. The only problem is their scheduling and knowing when they will arrive. they are often late and well outside their arrival window.

The staff was very nice and professional. I had set this up to be a deep cleaning, but received what I would say is a basic cleaning. I would have liked to have seen finger prints on bedroom doors, light switches and corner walls wiped off, a deeper clean of the kitchen floor. They totally missed cleaning the tile floor in front of the fireplace. A more complete cleaning of the base boards. I have family coming into town and ended up cleaning for another 40 minutes after the crew left. I'd say I'm disappointed.

This was a big deal purchase. They were okay. I had them come back twice, but I was really looking for a spring cleaning kind of thing.. it was not up to what I would consider spring cleaning. They did not get thorough. I don't know if they were here for four hours because I left. I think there were three workers. I called and complained and the owner, Carmen, sent more ladies out the next day. It was okay, but they still did not do it to my expectations. But I was not going to be nitpicky, plus I know them. I will not use them again for spring cleaning, but I would use them for regular cleaning.

I asked for the same crew that cleaned previously, and was sent a completely different crew. Had to spend time to explain things again to new crew. These ladies are on very limited time and explaining things to new crew takes away from their time.

My wife is returning to full time work has been working very hard to get the logistics of the household in place before she starts. One important component was a reliable, trust-worthy housekeeping service--- here's her review."I contacted Adriannes one week before we scheduled the service. I spend a lot of time vetting services because I was only going to have one session ensuring they understood our needs and preference before they would be on their own. I selected Adriannes after detailed conversation with Carmine. He answered all my questions satisfactorily and I apologized for, but explained my serious time constraints to get the team started. We scheduled a 4 hour service ($180) for the following week. He told me the team would arrive between 11-1, but it would most likely be closer 12. Whew- I thought I was all set. The night before the cleaning was scheduled, I prepared a detailed to-do& not to-do list as Carmine and I agreed I would do and I emailed it to their office. The next day I called the office a little after 11 to make sure they had received the list and spoke to Carmine wife (Adrianne, I believe). She hadn't seen the list, but informed me that the team was running late and would be there closer to 1:15, possibly 1:30. I was fine with that and left to run an errand making sure that I was home by 1. About 1:30 I got a voice mail telling me the team would be there about 2:45-3:15. I called them back to tell them I had to leave at 4. They offered to send me another team that was in my area who could arrive quickly and I agreed. The team did arrive in about 15 minutes and were very nice and polite, but they had received no briefing and even after I went through my list with them- were confused on how to approach cleaning my house. I walked into the Living Room just in time to stop someone using a dusting cloth on an ultra suede chair so then I asked what they used on a variety of other things and was alarmed by the response. I told them to stop immediately and called Adriannes to cancel the cleaning. I told them if the original team leader could get to my house by 3, I was willing to go through our list and talk with her about our needs and then we could schedule to start the following week. We agreed. Again, very nice woman, very accommodating and willing to follow my preferences. But this experience really caused concern about Adriannes reliability and credibility to keep their commitments. I shared the experience with my husband and we agreed we felt a lack of trust and confidence. So I called the following day and went to the office to get our key. They said they understood and willingly gave the key back." I know they are a small business- but I question if they've reached the tipping point?

I am very pleased with this company. I have tried many services in the past and found them unacceptable. We contacted Carmine and he came by to give us a bid. He is very professional. We told him our expectations and he wrote them down for the team assigned to our home. Diana's team arrived on schedule and did an excellent job. They were very thorough and even did things I had not listed. The team was careful and courteous. I highly recommend Adrianne's Housekeeping!!

Overall I'm happy with the cleaning service. They were on time and cleaned everything nicely. They called me on their way as I had asked for a heads up. I gave B for quality and not A as they did not clean the bathroom mirrors, and I noticed those after they left. Also, while cleaning, at first the towel holder came off, and then the light bulb fixture came off and the ladies were trying to put them back on, but I had to ask them to leave it as the fixture got tilted. It's not a big deal about that, though I would have appreciated if they had just let me know about it, given that I was right there. I realized it when I heard some noise as they were trying to fix it. As far as cleaning is concerned though, it was very good. Also, I'd give A+ to Joe who was the scheduler for the service was very prompt in responding to my questions. I gave B for responsiveness as after the ladies left and I made a payment on phone, Carmine mentioned I'll get a receipt in email right after the payment, but did not receive an email for hours!
