Great and they are easy to work with. They have done work for me before.

Kept in touch until Jim could measure and make an order. I paid half up front and waited for phone call morning job would be done. Came two weeks later, installed the railings and took check for final payment. Good solid work done in timely and professional manner. Cost less than half of more high-end competitor's bid.

It took longer for them to come install than we were told. Two of the handrails came out of the wall within 24 hours. One of the handrails was missing a bolt. The other rail had one bolt that was not tightened well enough and both rails were pulled from the wall. They responded within three days to make repairs. In February 2008, one of the handrails again came loose from the wall. When I made contact with them, I was told that my maintenance man should make the repairs. We were then disconnected. When I attempted to contact them again, we were disconnected. They did not honor their workmanship. At the time we asked for a bid, Ace was informed they would probably be connecting into cinder block. We were assured this would not be a problem.
