Description of Work: Tubro did a fantastic job cleaning my kitchen and foyer stone tile. Johnny was able to make it look brand new, which is something I never could even with a steam cleaner. I will use them again--next time for the hardwood floors.

Description of Work: On time and very professional. We had just purchased a home and the carpets hadn't gotten very dirty from when the house was on the market to when the previous owners moved out. The carpets looked even better than when the house was available for viewing/open house. Awesome job. Thanks and we will use your service again!

Description of Work: He came on time and did a very good job. He was personable and answered my questions. I asked him to add a protectorant, which hadn't been included in the deal, so I paid an extra $30. I was quite satisfied with the results.

Description of Work: We used an Amazon Local voucher for tile and grout cleaning. Technician was on time and professional. The work was complete and we were happy with the result. We asked about some other services, and the technician even took photos so that his manager could send us an estimate for the work. We've not heard back from them. The work we paid for, however, was done well.

Description of Work: This carpet service is very professional. They take great care to keep the rest of your home clean by pitting on footies and corner protectors so your walls don't get scratched. They rake the carpets first. Then pretreat if necessary. The price was excellent and to top it off they came all the way from Auburn to Bremerton. They called ahead and were on time. Definitely an A plus service!

Description of Work: hired them to remove a large pet stain from carpeting--only resulted in spreading out the stain to a 3 foot area. Hired DA Burns, they were able to remove the stain. They did not think the first cleaner did a good job. So I had to hire two different companies, cost me over $200 to get the stain removed. will stick with DA Burns tho initial cost might be higher it is cheaper in the long run.

Description of Work: I never got a reply for a date, after messaging them twice. I received what I feel was a 'form' response. I then messaged them with 3 specific times that would work (already had done this in the first message). That was August 15. No reply from them since. I specifically indicated I would only communicate via Angie's messages when I signed up. I did not wish to call them. At this point, I would like my money back to investigate other companies.
