Description of Work: Javier Mendez came to my home at the scheduled time. He was considerate and polite. Our wood floor was too stained for us to have the preservation done. Javier tried with a solvent a small space to lighten the stain but not successful. He stated we would need sanding and refinishing done. I so appreciate his professionalism and have their card if we need any of the services Turbo does. Thank you.

Description of Work: They cleaned and seal coated the hardwood floors in my kitchen, dining area and hallway. The technician showed up actually a little bit early and was very friendly, explaining just what he was going to do and the timing for the project. He was very thorough and the floors look great. I will definitely use them again. He also left me with a card showing some additional services that they can provide so they will very likely be back again.

Description of Work: Tubro was excellent to do with. We discussed the job - to clean and preserve hardwood flooring. I wanted to stay with an oil preservation process, they use a different product. They were very professional and easy to deal with. I did not use their service, but was very impressed.

Description of Work: The service guy was not only friendly he spent a great deal of time on the phone getting the garage door opener manufacturer's customer service to explain how to re-set our out-of-date machine so it can be opened with a code. (My phone doesn't work from there) It was above and beyond the call of duty and so very much appreciated! Great guy too!

Description of Work: Whole house basic carpet clean. Technician arrived on time, was extremely courteous and professional. This was a last minute thought to have the carpets cleaned before we put it on the market, they managed to work me into a busy schedule which I was extremely grateful for. Very happy with the work complete. He was also very efficient getting in and getting it done in a timely manner. Carpets look nice and fresh!
