Description of Work: The service person was actually a little early (had to wait 15 minutes until i got there). I had prepaid for a "coupon rate" of $189 for up to 2,000 sq ft. but there were some up-charges and additional "optional" services that i accepted (pre-treat for extra dirty rooms, and a couple additional room locations). Not a high-pressure sales, but something to note. | |The service performed was excellent and I'm very pleased with the level of cleaning.

Description of Work: Worker came 2+ hrs. early (should have been a red flag) very talkative, including that this was his last job as he had found another job with better pay and was starting that first of the weed. Did everything very fast (we had done all the prep work and they had to do only to start cleaning). Took 3 days to fully dry. Worker "Marked the rug" with the cleaning wand and mark remained even after dry. We had to spot some of the most obvious 'island of dirty rug' with some improvement.

Description of Work: Clean carpet. Asked for quote to clean hardwood floors. They never showed up on the schedule day when my roommate called to ask about it they said we weren't on the schedule and she even confirmed it with them.

The servicer said our total would be close to $250, but the quote that we received through Angies List communications was $180. We showed him the communication from his office, and they honored that price (which they claimed they wouldn't make any money from). |The quality of work was superb, and the gentleman who conducted the cleaning was very professional. | |I would recommend this company and I plan to use them again.
