Description of Work: Jacob from Turbo was responsive until he wasn't. And he was never really helpful. He was responsive in telling me how many of the dates wouldn't work for them, and what extra costs I might incur, and suggesting I get a refund. Then when i asked how to get a refund, he stopped responding.

Description of Work: I got on their schedule for August 11, 2015. I called the day before since I had not heard from them and they told me I wasn't on the schedule. I thought I was scheduled they told me they were trying to schedule other customers in the area since I was in Lacey. I had already cleared my home in preparation for cleaning and told them that I couldn't wait. I fortunately was able to find another cleaning service for the 8/11/15 date.

Description of Work: I bought the deal and was contacted by them shortly after. We scheduled the carpet cleaning and all was good. I then confirmed some details for them (square footage, how many rooms, etc.). After this confirmation they emailed back to confirm that I did indeed have a 3 store townhome because they wouldn't be able to honor the deal for over 2 stories due to their equipment (this was not in the fine print or deal info). Since they were going to charge me the normal price for going through this company plus some extra fees for the other equipment I had no need for the service.

Description of Work: Technicians called ahead to let me know they were on their way. They took the time to go over everything before starting the work - what I wanted to have done and any up-charges, if any. They were very efficient in completing the job, even finishing ahead of schedule. They also did not charge me for something I had earlier declined due to the up-charge. I would use them again in a heartbeat!
