Description of Work: They cleaned the carpets in my 1,385 sq ft home (about 900 sq ft of carpet to clean) for about $200. They said they would "pre-treat" the 3 key stains (the whole reason I was having the carpet cleaned) I pointed out to them. When they were done the 3 stains were still there. I emailed them a few times to complain and finally heard back. They said I did not opt in for the "pre-stain treatment". 1) I was never offered that, though I had pointed out 3 stains I was worried about and 2) for $200 I would have thought that was included for such a small area. I asked them to refund a portion of the money or provide me a discount to have it cleaned again. They refused to do either.

Description of Work: The workman was polite and professional, but the quality of the work wasn't good. We had a white carpet that started out uniformly grey with dirt and after it was dry, we had a white carpet with grey stripes where the carpet cleaning head was only partly working. Carpet is definitely cleaner in spots, but looks worse as a whole.

Description of Work: These guys did an amazing job on the carpets. The Angies deal was great. We did pay some extra for some enzyme treatment, due to prior pets in the house we bought. They were late getting there, but did call to let us know, and then again when they were about 25 minutes out. Very great cleaning, and the carpets look and smell great. I will definitely use them again.

Description of Work: Service was very good. Carpet cleaners were professional, courteous, and competent. A billing issue still remains. I paid Angie's List the advertised price of $184. I had some extra work done which raised the total to $300. The service men charged my card with the entire $300 rather than deducting the $184 I already paid Angie's List. They sent me a check for $116. They still owe me $68 which I am having trouble collecting. Any help on your part would be appreciated.

Description of Work: I bought an Angie's deal for an upholstery cleaning and added on a carpet cleaning. The technician was prompt and thorough and very professional. He did an excellent job on our couch (which is white microfiber) and it looks like new. Also, the carpet is back to looking great after a season of walking over it and potty training a young pup who had a few accidents. Would definitely use again.
