Description of Work: The guy who came did a great job and was very professional. There was a glitch earlier when the fellow who was supposed to come was so late I cancelled. In both cases there was a problem with timing. The first time I thought the window was 2:30 to 3:30. I was told when I called it was 3 to 4. It was well after four when I cancelled. The second time, when I rescheduled, we agreed around 1:00. The cleaner arrived around 11 to 11:30. He did a fine job. My chairs look like new--a pleasant surprise, since they are very old. But if I had gone where I'd planned to go that day, I'd have missed him. Incidentally, I got a call from Tubro just after I'd called the tech to cancel that first time. The tech then told his boss he was right outside my house. He was not. I mistook a white van next door for the Tubro truck. When I saw the real truck the second time, I realized that it hadn't been anywhere near my house.

Description of Work: The technician was excellent. He arrived on time and was very thorough in examining the carpets ahead of time and discussing any areas of concern. He did a great job. I paid an additional fee to have Scotchguard applied to the carpet in the high traffic areas of my home.
