Description of Work: Tubro cleaned the tile floor in our solarium. They showed up at the scheduled time and got right to work. The area to be cleaned had not been cleaned for many years and I would say that about 95% of the grit and dirt came up. I was hoping for a better result but maybe my expectations were too high considering the number of years since the tile was seriously cleaned. All things considered the job was reasonably priced and done in a professional manner.

Description of Work: They cleaned the carpets throughout the entire house, flood treated some areas that pets had accidents in, treated various pet stains and applied stain guard in high traffic areas. I was very pleased with the professionalism of the employee that came and his care to protect our house by placing shields on corners where his hoses would have scratched.

Description of Work: Cleaned davenport and chair. My dog soiled the cushions on the davenport by rubbing against them like a scratch pole. The gentleman did a great job in cleaning them but explained the oil off an animal's hair is difficult to removed. When he cleaned the chair, he showed me a before and after section and there was a notable difference. Yes, I was very please with the work.

He went above and beyond to help me move a small but heavy dining table and an area rug so the full floor could be accessed for the project. Description of Work: They were courteous and nice, but you have to approach them for scheduling and details.

Description of Work: After emailing the provider with pictures of my hardwood floors, I was told that they looked to be in reasonably good condition. However, after I pointed out some slight fading and wear in one area, they told me that the treatment would not help those areas, but also that it would not harm them. I then asked them to confirm a date to do the work, and did not hear anything from them after that.
