Tubro Carpet Cleaning

We ordered online, gave them a schedule as asked in the offer, and heard nothing back from them. I finally called, and after waiting while she found our order (there was no recognition of us as a customer), I was told we weren't in their service area and so they couldn't help us. I asked what to do about the service we purchased from Angie's List, and they said to contact Angie's List directly to get our money returned. End of conversation. I was very frustrated that they didn't even call when they received our order to tell us they wouldn't serve us. And, if they have a service area, they should list that on their offer. Super annoying all the way around. Not at all impressed.

Did a great job of cleaning the carpet. There were some 'administrative' issues - they were leaving messages at the wrong phone number (home number instead of cell) even after I called them to check status when they were overdue for the appointment time and gave them the cell number again. They were over 2 hours late to the ORIGINAL appointment time, but when I got home I found that they had notified us quite early that they would be late and advising us to call if it was an issue. Because they had attempted to stay in contact, I only docked 1 star for punctuality. Carpets were fantastic and the technician went above and beyond to try to make it right by cleaning the stairs (though I had opted out of cleaning them originally due to price) and doing the extra stain treatment in all rooms instead of just the 1 room I chose to pay for.

Lexy scheduled the appointment on the phone, very nice to deal with. Javier showed up on time, cleaned 3 rooms of carpet, was very professional, and was done in under an hour (rooms were vacant). We used this company in January 2016 and we have used them again and we are very happy with them. The price is right, they show up on time, and they do a great job. I would recommend them to anyone.

Trever called to let us know what time he would be arriving. He was exactly on time. Explained the process and helped move furniture.

Appointment was confirmed by phone and E-mail. Charles arrived exactly at appointment time. He looked through apartment and explained options, some of which I accepted and some I declined. There was no pressure. Carpets were cleaned in about an hour and looked great when he left.

Took advantage of the Angies List Special to have 3 rooms of carpet cleaned - one with severe pet damage. Except for a couple of tough areas where the stain is really set in (been there since the 1st month we moved in), Tubro did a great job. Very pleasant, likeable, professional. Will definitely use them again!

Carpet cleaned traffic area in 4 bedrooms staircase?hall closets, dining room. Stretched carpet. w 2 rooms & cleaned living room tile floor.
