Description of Work: The service on the carpet was very good. The whole house looked fabulous, better than expected. | |The appointment time and the actual arrival of the crew was wrong. I would have not been home when they arrived and would have had to reschedule. They wanted over $100 to do pet stain removal. There was 3 stains. The stains came up with the cleaning, makes me question the need for the stain removal. Were they asking for more money for a service that was not needed?

Description of Work: I just had an incident with a bucket of chemicals being dumped on my rose bush and surrounding New Guinea impatiens. Killed everything the contents touched. They did address the situation and paid me back for new flowers which I very much appreciated! It was an honest error and they were responsible about the damage.
