Description of Work: They did a great job. Carpets look good and were dry in just a few hours. The cleaners was came earlier than planned but he called first so it was fine and actually worked out better for me.

Description of Work: Called ahead to say they were enroute. Arrived on time and we discussed the area to be cleaned. My error in not reading that stain removal would be an additional cost. Had them treat the stains. The technician was professional, thorough and efficient. Unfortunately, when we inspected the carpet next morning before moving back the furniture, we discovered the stains were not completely gone. When I called the Company, they were quick to schedule an appointment for another tech to come. The stains were successfully removed and we were happy with the quick response by the Company.

Description of Work: I had my hardwood floors cleaned and sealed. They did a nice job except they missed a couple small a spots, about 5inch sized triangles. I called the company right away, they asked for pictures. I sent pictures. They couldn't see the spots so asked me to take more pictures. The 2nd set of pictures looked like the first pictures. I asked them to give me the name of the product they used to seal the floor so I could do it myself since I'm in Edmonds and they're in Auburn. I felt they weren't too anxious to drive all the way back to fix the small spots. They never called me again to follow up. | |The guy who did the floors worked very hard and was professional. It was unfortunate that a couple spots were missed. I was disappointed when they weren't more helpful fixing them.

Description of Work: I purchased the deal which covered 100sft, and I had to pay high price for additional sft that needs to be cleaned. Not happy with the work done compared to price paid.

Description of Work: Turbo cleaned an upholstered sofa, two arm chairs and carpeted stairs. We started with an Angie's deal then added services when we discovered they were very reasonable. The service and quality were excellent and I was surprised at the excellent prices.

Description of Work: They came on time, and they were responsive. There seemed to be a lot of coordinating in advance, which became a tad annoying. I ended up getting multiple phone calls in the days leading up to the event--phone calls that required that I return. I finally had to say enough. But anyway, they came and cleaned a light-colored sofa with some food stains and overall dirtiness. The overall dirtiness was cleaned up just fine, but some of the food stains, especially the oily ones, where not removed. According to the service provider, these stains could not be removed, but I'm not convinced, so I'm planning to try again myself. Of course, he could be right!
