Description of Work: Charles was our carpet tech , he was great. By the time he left we had payed much more than the original deal was for. Our carpets looked 75% better . Unfortunately the chemicals and deodorizer ended up smelling unpleasant for the next 4 days.

Description of Work: I did not like the way so much soap or product went into the carpet. Since the cleaning my carpeting has seemed loose and I have an excess ridge of carpeting in the middle of my bedroom. I did not like having to fill out my rating form in the presence of the cleaners. I will say that the company came back to work on an area where so much product remained in the carpet that it was somewhat sticky and the owner was responsive trying to leave me satisfied, but the bottom line was that I'd had better experiences many years ago with a different cleaner whom I could no longer locate.
