Description of Work: I hired Tubro to clean my furniture - sofa and loveseat. The rep who showed up was polite, professional and did a GREAT job! I have loose cushions, partial down, and they always get squashed and lumpy over time. The rep cleaned them and had them in perfect shape when he left. Thank you!!!

Description of Work: Had them clean hardwood floors. Overall fine, but it didn't seem like the floors were any nicer looking than when we clean them ourselves. We were expecting more shine and overall improved look. Probably will just do it ourselves from now on.

Description of Work: They arrived early and cleaned my carpets. They were very thorough and even cleaned my entry hall rug as a bonus. The carpets looked great. :-)

Description of Work: They cleaned carpet and large sofa. I was impressed by the technician's professionalism -- he was very clear about what he could and couldn't do about stained areas. We all left the home shortly after he arrived, and felt our home -- including our three cats -- was in good hands. |The staff were all courteous and responsive throughout the process. My only disappointment was that some of the carpet couldn't be as pristine as I'd hoped; but as I said above, the technician was completely up front about this.

Description of Work: Fantastic service! I purchased a deal for $89 and that covered 600 sqft. I was able to add the rest of my house and stairs for another $100 or so. Super quick and worked hard to get out some oil stains (and it worked!). Will definitely use again.
