Description of Work: I felt the work was well done. I do however have awkward feelings when a sales pitch is coming on for additional, optional work better that advertised. Of course we want the best work for the value but I would prefer knowing what I buy ahead of time and offers for upgrade a head of time. Other than that...it was good.

Description of Work: The carpets were cleaned in three rooms plus stairs. Since the worker was experienced and had great professional equipment, I had him clean a sofa with cushions which was an extra 100.00 Everything was explained clearly and the prices were as discussed ahead of time.

Description of Work: I had them do everything - from all my living room chairs and sofa to all living room, dining room and hallway carpets. Very hot day and the poor worker had to spend all day here to complete the job. But he never complained, was efficient, friendly and professional. He's a great asset for this company. He did a great job.
