 + -1 moreThe technician worked efficiently, carpets look wonderful. He explained the procedures, used coverings and rubber cones to protect the hardwood floors and the corners from his equipment. As an Angie's List member, I received 20% off the company's regular price of 3 rooms for $129. This is my second experience with Tubro. I am very pleased with their easy going yet very professional manner. The excellent results speak for themselves! I will use this company again.
Description of Work: I had the carpets of family room, stairs, hallway and part of our office cleaned. The family room carpet is dark but the rest of the house is light. There were lots of spots on the light area carpets. We have three dogs tracking in dirt and grime from the yard even thought we are careful to clean paws.

 + -1 moreAlthough much of the stain came up, some of it remained. After he left and the carpet was dry, I used something that I have on hand for carpet stains and was able to get the stain out. I was disappointed that they were not able to get it out (they are professionals) when I was able to.
Description of Work: I had a coffee stain in my carpet and I read some reviews that sounded like Tubro did a great job of getting stains out. I saw the special offer for $99 for 3 rooms and proceeded to schedule an appointment. The man who came to our home was very professional and he explained everything to me before beginning. What was disappointing was that he explained that for what I wanted, it would cost quite a bit more. I felt the ad was very misleading, but I paid the additional money with the hope I would get the results I wanted.

 + -1 moreThis was our second time using Tubro. The first time we were super impressed. I think that the owner was the one who did the work. This second time, it was a fast-talking upsale situation that felt like a lot of pressure. For the same work done as the first time, I ended up having to write an extra check. I didn't appreciate that.

 + -1 moreI didn't think they did a very good job on the stairs, but before they left, I pointed it out and they did a touch up, so it was fine. I would just tell them that they should look over their work before they left and to have them touch up any place that isn't meeting expectations.

 + -1 moreTechnician called me the day of my appointment to confirm when he would arrive. He also asked if it was alright if he arrived early. Laid pads and corner guards to protect the rest of my house. Beige carpets hadn't been cleaned in 1 1/2 years and they came out great.

The technician went out to his truck and gave me a little dab of the cleaning agent. He said I could continue to work on it. I feel he went above and beyond because he did not have to do that.
