After the cleaners left I found there were a few areas that had not been completed to my satisfaction. When I made my complaint, Brian, the owner contacted me by phone and was professiknal and worked with me to resolve my issues. He was willing to have his team come back and redo the areas I was concerned about. I am more than satisfied with our solution and have committed to use them in the future. IMany times someone's crew may not live up to expectations and all one wants is to have the issue resolved. In fact I feel it shows the heart of a company when they are willing to satisfy the customer.

We purchased an Angie's deal for three rooms of carpet cleaning. After purchasing the deal the company was very responsive and professional on the phone, setting up a cleaning appointment on the Friday after the deal was purchase. On the day of the service, the cleaners called roughly a half hour prior to the date of service to let me know they would be an hour or so late. They ended up being about an hour and a half late. On arrival, the technician indicated he had phone troubles and had lost the address and contact info for us and had to return to the office to get it. No worries, things happen. I had the day off so I was able to adjust to the delay. The guys were very courteous and friendly, one seemed to be more experienced than the other. They cleaned the rooms, explained the time it would need to dry, packed up and left. All seemed good. The next day, the carpet in our living room was still wet - it should have dried in 5 to 8 hours. It's a berber carpet, and we were seeing a number of large yellowish stains appearing. These areas were very wet, and smelled like cleaning solution. Three days later the stains were still there and the carpet was still damp. We called Tubro on Saturday (the cleaning was done on Friday) and were surprised to get a response. The woman who answered was very polite, said the owner wasn't available, but they would call us back and take care of us. We called back on Monday, they were very responsive, and promptly scheduled a follow up cleaning for Friday. The crew that arrived on Friday was different, seemingly more experienced, They explained the special care Berber needs and indicated there were a quite a few steps the previous crew had done incorrectly. They were very apologetic, cleaned everything thoroughly, even taking out a couple of spots that we thought were permanent at no extra charge. The carpet now looks great. All in all we would have preferred perfect service the first time, but based on the quality of response when a problem arose I would recommend these guys again. How they handled the mistake speaks loudly of the quality of the company. Nobody is perfect, but if you make up for mistakes when they happen you're a step ahead of many.

called this co. as it was on Angies list. told person on phone that i would like my carpets cleaned for the $115 or whatever estimate was. and that Ihad several dog pee stains from when my husband was in hospital and kids did not let them out. He was right on time even called first which I like but upon seeing the stains told me each stain was $25 extra!!Iwas not happy as I had moved furniture and cleaned and waited till 2pm for this apt. told him it would have saved everyone time had Ibeen told of the extra fee. wasted my day!!!

John was terrific and very pleasant to work with. I took advantage of a "big deal" . He did a great job and I will definitely call him back for other work. He has a broad knowledge base and discussed everything with us before he did it. The company is a bit overpriced on area rugs but very reasonable on everything else.

they showed up on time. Javier got right to work and he made my carpets look brand new in 1.5 hours. I don't know what they used, but it really does work. This is the best carpet cleaning job I have ever gotten and I have gotten quite a few.

I am totally happy with the service I have gotten with Tubro! I was very impressed with the young man who came out, his name is Demetre, he was so professional, shook our hands when arriving, and went right to work. Our carpets look amazing, and always do when Tubro comes out. On our last visit we needed carpet stretching and they did a wonderful job at that also. I will recommend Tubro to all my friends and family.

Very professional and did an excelent job of cleaning carpet. I was especiailly pleased that Bryan Dodds was able to get out 2 stubborn stains in living room carpet. I asked for another cleaning in six months. I will recommend Turbo to my family and friends!!!
