After having such a miserable experience with Rich when the services were initially provided, resulting in my "F" rating, the owner Brian called me to resolve the problems. I made it clear that I would not let Rich back into my house for any reason, so Brian and his assistant, Javier, came to do the job themselves. I had researched the product I had previously used on the floor and provided the product recommended by the manufacturer for Brian and Javier to use. They did a marvelous job cleaning and stripping the rest of the floor and I will proceed with applying the finisher/sealer I prefer. I am very favorably impressed with Brian's follow-up and excellent customer service.

I used it very shorty after I had brought it. They didn't charge more than the Big Deal price. They were very professional and did a very good job.

I purchased a big deal for this service and they were great. They did a good job. I was not there at the time but my husband was. He is pretty picky and he said he came on time and did a really good job. He got some really bad spots up. We were looking replacing the carpet but thought we were going to have it cleaned first. They did a good job and did not try to sell us anything else. They had other options but we did not need them so there was no pressure to buy the pet cleaning stuff because we did not have pets. If we have some other carpet cleaning I definitely would be interested in using them again.

For an extra $10, cleaned the stain that I thought was hopeless. They did an excellent job. The technician was very professional.

The guy did a real good job on everything. I thought I already made this review, but Angie's List keeps asking me to do it again. I cannot be certain of the date of service or the final amount any longer. We would use this company again.

The provider had to re-schedule because of frozen weather, but the day after, he showed up and cleaned the badly soiled carpet. He tried to get the major stain out but was unable to so we agreed to replace the carpet instead. I would hire them again.

They were excellent! They really went out of their way to go to bat for us. We had just moved out of our apartment complex, and hired them to clean the carpets for us. We left the front and back doors unlocked, so that they could let themselves in and do the work. The apartment complex actually went in and locked the doors, so they were unable to get it. They called us, and we called the apartment complex, who denied locking the doors, and told us that they would not go and unlock them to let the provider in. The provider actually had their manager come out to the apartment complex to talk with the supervisor there, and showed them the contract we had signed. He told them that if they did not let him in, that they would not be able to charge us for any cleaning fees or damages. They were then able to get in and clean the carpets, and they did a great job! We were very impressed with their service.

Dmitri was very pleasant to deal with, he arrived well before time. The work was professionally done, he put bumper guards to protect the wall corners, and placed foam padding under furniture legs to protect them from the moist carpet once the area was cleaned. He took his time carefully applying a pre-spray and then cleaning each room, and performed spot cleaning where required. He even helped move some furniture around to reach the areas under. I had some tougher high traffic stains on the entrance corridor. He used the Rotovac to deal with those tougher stains. Feels like my carpet rolled back a few years in age and feel. I would definitely recommend them and use their service again.

Cleaner was very prompt and courteous, taking care in covering his shoes while in the house. He was efficient and got the job done quickly and efficiently.

Scheduling the appointment for the desired time and date was super easy. Dennis called 30 minutes prior to arriving. He said he could come a little early but I wasn't quite ready for him so he showed up right on time. He was friendly, professional and spent time discussing options with me. There was no pressure to purchase extras even though I did. He spent a lot more time than previous carpet cleaners have and my carpets look great. I will definitely use Tubro again!

I received awesome service! I had had a bad day at work and was NOT in a good mood. The cleaner was unfailingly friendly and professional. He did a complete and thorough job. I will be using them again.
