The carpets were cleaned and the high traffic areas and a few spots of staining that were present were much less noticeable (to be expected since the carpets were light colored).

Were able to get it done ahead of schedule which worked out great for me! Great service!

The company was very responsive from my initial purchase of the Big Deal to completion of the project. The appointment was set up via email. Johnny called to let me know when he was on his way and showed up on time as promised. He explained in detail what would be done and what the limitations were to this type of cleaning. Very professional. My floors are the original hardwood from 1960 and were in very sad shape. While this service isn't a complete 'refinish' it was a thorough cleaning and the floors look much improved. Great shine and much more even tone throughout. Overall very pleased.

All went relatively well. There was one minor disagreement initially. Big deal from Angie's List clearly stated Whole house, including hallways and stairs, up to 2000 sq. ft. for $189. I even told Jacob when he called to confirm how many rooms I had but we were only requesting cleaning for walking areas and it was definitely under 2000 sq. ft. He agreed that was probably true. When tech arrived he tried to charge me for three extra rooms, $70, as he was counting rooms and not square feet. I showed him the flyer from Angie with details of the deal, and recounted my conversation with Jacob from his company. He still insisted it would be more. I insisted I would not pay more. Then finally he conceded and provided the service as agreed upon. Issue was resolved relatively quickly and he did a good job.

I feel that the advertisement was faulty because it stated one thing, but the job that would actually be performed was totally different. I had all of my furniture moved from the room that I needed taken care of and it was all for nothing as I found out that this deal was nothing close to what I wanted. I'm quite disappointed.

Called for same day service and not only were they early he did a great job. Cleaning 6 rooms in about an hour! Thank you!

This didn't start off well when they arrived without the portable units due to a scheduling error; however, the manager contacted me immediately to work it out. I had to have the carpets cleaned that day prior to listing for sale. When he was made aware that rescheduling would be impossible, he went through the effort of bringing the portable unit into Kirkland for his service tech and arrived within 1.5 hours of the original scheduled time. He also came in to make sure everything was set and got the job started. I can't tell you how much I appreciated his professionalism, as well as the carpet cleaning service itself. I can assure you I will be using them again!
