It hasn't happened yet. They never called back so I got NO SERVICE therefore should NOT be charged.

So Charles was running late. The main contact called me about 2-3 hours beforehand to let me know. Sutff happens. I was getting things done, so no worries. Charles called just on the outside of the 3 hours and said he would be there shortly. Again, I appreciate being kept informed. He came and and had me walk him around. Asked about additional services and explained their pricing well. I opted for the rotary scrub brush on two rooms that had more stains, and then some deodorizer. Because he was late, he ended up giving me more rooms, which I also appreciated. He took photos with his ipad of the before/after, and was careful with our newly refinished wood floors. Afterwards (took just over an hour), he had me put on protective booties and walk around to check it out. It was pretty dark out by then, but I think they look alot better, and definitely smell way better (prior owners had a dog, and they did some carpet cleaning with their home shampooer, it frankly it was just a wet dog smell)! But not anymore. Very pleased, and the price was reasonable, given the extra service I had done, it cost me an additional $125 plus the Angies List Deal... Im satisfied.

Tubro unwilling to travel to Bainbridge Island, so was not able to use this vendor. Getting Angie's list to reimburse me for the certificate was overly arduous given they would not provide service.

They did a wonderful job. They were excellent. They had very reasonable price and they did excellent work. The quality was good. Their responsiveness was fine. I would definitely use them in the future.

These people can do miracles with carpet. They made one of my rooms that had stains and dirt on the carpet look like new. I had it done right before I had my house appraised and it really made a difference in how that room looked overall. these guys are terrific

Technician was cheerful & courteous But the quality of carpet cleaning was very poor. I cleaned over the same areas of the carpet with my Bissell Cleaner the following day and got an amazing amount of dirt out of the carpet.

Talked to Isaiah on the phone to set up an appointment and was surprised to get it scheduled for the next afternoon. Both Isaiah and Trevor contacted us to advise us on when to expect the technician. Trevor arrived and got right to work. He was very helpful and courteous. He got the job done and we are very happy with the results. We would request Trevor again.

We have a 16 year old carpet and a golden retriever. We had stains on the carpet from the dog's natural oils etc. that don't come out anymore. We were dissatisfied with our previous cleaners so thought we would try Tubro Carpet Cleaning through one of their deals. They did a beautiful job. They were professional, presentable, and knowledgeable. They were a little late due to morning traffic and they called to let us know. That was good customer relations. The carpet in general was beautiful just like new. They also did a good job on the stained areas that we know won't come out. These stains were significantly smaller and much lighter. Great job Trevor. Yes we will use Tubro again.

It looked good until it dried and than all the stains appeared again.

Arrived on time, very professional. Explained what would be done, made digital record before beginning job, discussed other options available to enhance results of the cleaning process. The technician, Charles, went right to work and was done In under 2 hours. Provided protective foot coverings for us to use while the carpet finished drying. Nice touch. Our carpets look great, they are definitely cleaner and refreshed. Would use Tubro again, especially if job was at the same price.

The carpet in one bedroom was so soiled I did not expect too much, but when Dennis finished with it I was amazed.
