Upsold me some pet treatment thing for $25. They did a pretty good job, but they left one spot. The only negative thing I can say is that the carpet cleaner was unable to find the key I left for him, even though I walked him through the location. I had to drive all the way across town to show him where the key was. But, other than that, things went smoothly.

Turbo was responsive in arranging service even when I needed to reschedule. They called ahead to let me know when they would arrive. He arrived on time. Then he viewed the area he was to clean. (so far great service!) Then he explained all the extra services and options but he knows that I want my carpet clean so now the car salesman shows up. Do I have a deal for you! If you do want great service then you can pay me this amount and the company this amount. The truth is I thought this was pretty standard,. the problem is that he did his work and none of my stains were gone and he left one of my carpets sopping wet. I ran my carpet cleaner over the carpet after he left and extracted filthy water from the carpet adding up to more than a gallon of water. The company seems like a good business but this employee is not worth hiring.

Javier called and showed up a bit early. Awesome!! He explained what he was going to do and went about doing the job. Carpets look great and feel even better under my bare feet.

Making the appointment was really easy. Tech was stuck in traffic and called well ahead of time to let me know he would be late. When he arrived, we looked that the work, and agreed on what was needed and expectations. I have one spot that he said may not be able to be polished out and he wanted to let me know that. He was there about as long as expected - but I had also completely prepped for the job by removing everything from the hardwood floors. Overall, great work.
