Great. Very professional and thorough.

I purchased this service as an Angie's List deal. There was a little scheduling confusion at first. I made an appointment but was called back a few days later to reschedule do to double booking. That was ok. I was flexible. Then on the day of the appointment, the technician arrived an hour later than scheduled due to overrun of a previous job. Still, I wasn't too bothered as I didn't have a pressing schedule and I always assume these deals make the business busy. When the technician arrived he was courteous and made sure to review the job before he began. He allowed me to add in the ottoman (the deal was only for a couch and loveseat) since I didn't need the removable seat cushion covers cleaned. The cleaning was very thorough. It took longer than I thought (a couple hours almost) but I was very please with the results! The fabric almost looks new. I'd give them somewhere between and A and a B if I could split hairs.

My upholstery was clearly cleaner (cream/beige). There was no mess, smell, or inconvenience. The work was done efficiently, and was scheduled for about an hour for the couch and loveseat, with another 20-30 minutes for the additional chair. Javier was very professional and polite. I was very pleased with the set up and the results, and I will definitely call this company again and recommend them to others.

Email communication was quick and easy. Individual arrived on time and explained exactly what he was going to be doing. He asked if we had any specific concerns or problem areas and we did a walk through to go over those. After seeing the stained areas he provided information on how easy/hard it would be to get the various ones up. We bought a coupon deal through Angie's for the $189 service on up to 2000 sq ft, we paid a little extra to get the stains treated but they came up beautifully. No complaints, just a recommendation to make it clear as to when the carpets should be dry. I hadn't done this type of deep cleaning before and wasn't aware it would take over a day based on the conversation.

Fantastic. Everyone I dealt with from placing the appointment to the carpet cleaning were polite and professional. Expectations were laid out ahead of time and everything was exceeded. My carpets were immaculate and my place smelled great. I would not hesitate to use again.

After all the stellar reviews on Angie's List, Yelp etc, I decided to try them out, but was disappointed...in all fairness, the technicians did an adequate job. Techs were early...no problem, then the upsells...spot and stain removal, pet odor removal, protection etc...I declined because my carpets were not heavily soiled. They told me about the 25.00 furniture move fee halfway through...the Angie's List "Big Deal" didn't mention that but should have. I would think a large percentage of customers would have furniture to move. I left the house for a half hour right after they got here...when I got back, they had just finished the bedrooms.. There were some "heavy traffic" areas that didn't get completely clean but would for a 75.00 "rotovac" job...for EACH room. (declined). Now the living room had definitely more "heavy traffic" soiling than the bedrooms but when I watched them do it, they got it completely clean. Stairs were done adequately. They left some stains behind in a couple of rooms which I took care of myself with Oxyclean. The topper was the techs had me fill out an Angie's List "review" and grading sheet that I had to give back to them. I gave them a "A" ...for Adequate. Funny thing also, the back of the form had Free Postage and was self addressed to Angie's list...something I believe the customer was supposed to mail back...not give to the techs for the company to do. My disappointment was I expected a better job. My dad's house carpets were water stained from toilet flooding, had heavy food and drink stains all over and was way dirtier then my carpet (He had dementia before we moved him out). Federal Way Carpet Cleaning took out ALL the stains without all the upsells and price was reasonable as well....Orion the tech even said before the job that he wasn't sure all the stains would come out...but they did. I'll be using Federal Way Carpet Cleaning from now on. This was an Angie's list "Big Deal"...I was happy with the price but disappointed by the performance. I got what I paid for.

my three seater was a relatively simple deal - the pillows needed to be removed and cleaned individually, and the couch itself cleaned as well. It took some time to dry since the pillows were really think - goo thing that I was advised to turn them around when drying as the wetness may remain inside a pillow. I did the simplest thing in this weather - took the pillows outside to dry, turning them every few hours in the sun, and they were thoroughly dry by the end of the day. The other item was more complicated - a XVIII century French arm-chair (it was reupholstered later, of course), but, it was done really well too, and now looks much better than before

Javier did an exceptional job with cleaning our carpets, eliminating stains and getting the carpet looking new again. He arrived on time and was very thorough.
