Tubro Carpet Cleaning

Provider arrived on time and walked through the service to be provided. Options were offered and I agreed to deeper cleaning in the landing beside the garage door, Entire house carpet, tri-level with many steps and multiple landings (less agreed to back bedrooms (new carpet there). Cleaning went swiftly, no problems or issues.Service tech was knowledgeable, courteous and professional. Would hire again and gladly recommend.

TUBRO was very responsive after I purchased the service special. They set my expectations appropriately and promptly scheduled my appointment. Javier M phoned, as promised, before arriving to do the work. He arrived on time (early, actually) and performed the work quickly and efficiently. Javier was very respectful and professional.

Cleaning went well. Provider was punctual (actually early!) checked in to confirm our appointment. He provided details on services offered and made a reasonable cost solution for some larger stains. Everything came out and we're happy with the results.

Trevor called to let me know he was on his way. He arrived and explained the procedure and asked if I had any questions or concerns. He then started to clean my groady kitchen floor which had not had a good cleaning in way tooooo long. There were several stubborn stains, and I mean donkey stubborn stains that Trevor got on his knees to remove. The machine could not get under the cupboard overhang so Trevor did that by hand. He has an awesome attention to detail and takes great pride in the before and after comparison of the floor. He was a pleasure to have around and did a REMARKABLE job in doing something I physically can't. He then waited a few minutes for the floor to dry before applying a finishing coat which really added some shine. I was very impressed when he was hand scrubbing the bad areas of the floor -- but he got all the gummy spots up without complaint and seems extremely conscientious. When I use them again -- I will certainly request TREVOR.

I have no qualms with the cleaning, but one thing that kind of bothered me was that there was a cheaper package available for the space that I requested clean that they did not tell me about. I only needed 3 rooms, a landing area, and stairs cleaned. My fault for not checking, poor customer service in not informing me of my mistake. They did an awesome job, though. Certainly better than the last time I had my carpets cleaned. I just wish they would have said something. I found out after they were finished that they had the other package available.

We paid a little extra for one of the rooms, it was bad and stained. But they did a great job and I am so happy with the results. I wish I wouldn't have waited so long to get the carpets done. It looks so nice. I deserve to be living with clean carpets!

Javier did a great job for us, he was fast an efficient. Result was very nice, price was very reasonable.

They were just average. I asked them about replacing a piece of carpet on my stairs, but they never got back to me about it.

The technician was fantastic! Very knowledgeable and professional. My issues were with the dispatcher named Jacob who was slow to respond to e-mails and told me I had to pay extra because my house was too far from their office. If this is the case, they need to put that info on their offer. We agreed to a day for the work and four days later he said he had to cancel because someone else had booked that time. I suspect it was someone not on Angies List paying a higher price. After calling to talk with the manager and working with their customer service team they honored their original time quote and the tech even arrived early. As far as the actual work goes, it was great. The only other thing that I did not like was that you had to fill out the survey and give it to them. I suspect if it is not good that they edit or do not submit it. For that reason, i am completing this survey also.

Booking was a breeze, the crew arrived on time and did a wonderful job on my carpets. I would certainly hire them again in the future!

Overall they did a good job, but they did not move a small love seat when cleaning the carpet, they simply cleaned around it, leaving a dirty spot in the middle of the floor under it. That's the reason for the B overall score.

He asked to add a walk-through before he put his equipment away to make I was extremely satisfied! Overall it was a great experience.
