Ollie was FANTASTiC! He was so friendly and warm when he greeted us at the door. He made everything seem like it was a breeze and it was nothing he couldn't handle. He was truthful if it couldn't get the stain out, that he will tell us and what we could do.

We were moving out of our house and needed to get the carpets cleaned for the new owners. We did some research and landed on a deal with Tubro that was $189 for a 2000 sq ft house. Our house is 2610 so I called Tubro to see what the additional cost would be. I talked to the receptionist and explained our home was 2610 with some wood floor, so probably 2400 after the wood floors. She said that the cost would be $35 per room after that, so probably an additional charge of 2-3 rooms. I thought this sounded fair, so I bought the coupon and set an appointment The day of service the technician called me and let me know that the house was actually a 14 room house and the cost would be an additional $210. I let him know that was not what was discussed and that would make our house almost double the size of the coupon, which it was not. He said he would call the office and get it figured out. Isaiah from the office called immediately after that and we did get things figured out more to what Katelynn and I had talked about. In the end I paid an additional $155 for 3 additional rooms and some stain removal in 2 rooms ($25 each). I thought this was fair and lined up with what the coupon and office described. In the end, I am pleased with how things were handled and how quickly we worked through it all. I would hire Tubro again based on how well they worked with me to get it all figured out.

Quick response, easy to schedule, showed up on time, honored the Angies list deal and did not try to upsell me. Carpet cleaning was quick and they look fantastic! Would use again.

Provider arrived on time and set up equipment, arranging it so the walls would not be damaged by the hose coming in from the truck. He then cleaned the sofa and it turned out very well.
