Excellent! Second service with advice.

The lady who helped me on the phone was very kind, patient and helpful. I needed my carpets cleaned right away and she was the first after several calls, who said it was possible to get them cleaned in such short notice. She was able to send someone out the next day. Roosevelt, the guy who helped us called ahead to let us know he was on the way. He was on time and did a walk through the house with me and took photos of each room to be cleaned. He was very friendly and helpful and did a great job. The carpets look very nice. I would definitely use TUBRO Carpet Cleaning in the future.

Everything went well, I had multiple pet stained areas, all which were cleaned well. (At an extra expected charge) Overall, A experience.

They called to ask if they could arrive early.. That threw me a bit as I was expecting them to arrive two hours later, but they worked with me to make sure all of the furniture was moved in a way that would ensure success.

He arrived on time and was very professional. He did a better job than I though possible by removing stain and cleaning areas that I didn't think he could reach etc. Very good job.

They were good. The guy did an amazing job. He was really energetic. Our carpet was stained. When I made an initial appointment, the guy had to consult a lot and it ended up that he did a great job but he didn't do as many of the rooms as I had originally thought that they would. They deal said something like 9 rooms or 7 rooms up to 2 thousand square feet. If they had said during the initial consultation that I had in making the appointments that they couldn't do things where it had been stained before, I would have been a little bit more prepared. I didn't fault the technician. He did a really great job. It wasn't quite what the deal had them. The technician was really, really good. The guy who was making the appointments was probably a C and he didn't carefully explain what their services entailed. Had the deal been the $189 for what I thought I was going to get, that would have been fantastic. I would probably not use them again.

They did a good job. My furniture didn't come as well as I hoped. I can't be sure that they didn't try quite hard enough or that was just the best they could do. They were pretty good. They were good about calling. They did call.

I was very happy with the services they provided for the estimates. It was a free estimate. I have not had anything done yet and my carpet's not clean. But for the service they provided of giving me the estimate it was an A. It was very good service. I plan on doing it within the next two weeks.

We just had to move all the furniture. Their professionalism is outstanding, they talk to you every inch of the way. They never deviated. If they said something, they did it, if they had a question, they asked and they told you exactly what they were going to do, how they were going to do it and when they were going to do it. They were running a little late but they called me and let me know. I thought they were very competitive. They not only called but also emailed. They were extremely good.

I didn’t think it was good. I thought the carpet was better before they worked on it than after, it came out very stinky. I was not happy with it. It didn't look good, it was bad actually. It looked like the end of the nozzle was not wide enough and I don't know if they needed a split or what. I talked to people that they worked with and they said that they experienced the same thing also. The pricing was fine. Their responsiveness was fine. I will use somebody else in the future.

I love their service. They had a special. I will absolutely use them again in the future and this was the second time that I had used them.

We hired Tubro Carpet Cleaning to clean several areas of our home (guest room office, and a couple of flights of stairs) we also requested that they clean 3 area rugs. The scheduling process was very easy and Tubro was accommodating of our schedule. I received a call prior to their arrival confirming their estimated time of arrival. Upon arrival Javier did a quick walk through to confirm the sizes of each room, make recommendations for the type of service needed, and confirm the pricing. After agreeing on the services we needed he level set our expectations in regards a couple of deep stains (which he was actually able to completely remove). Javier worked quickly and efficiently to clean the carpets but being careful to use shoe covers and corner protectors. We were very satisfied with the work that was performed and the price paid (we had this same work done by another firm last year for nearly double). We highly recommend Tubro Cleaning.

It went great. They showed up on time and did a very nice job!! I have used them several times in the past for my rentals and will continue to use them.

Travis did a great job of getting in touch to say he was ahead of schedule. He was waiting and set up when I got to the house to let him in. He did a super job of letting me know what was possible and what he could do. He then got to work getting the whole house done in about an hour and a half. He was able to get up some mystery stains and was able to make the carpets look like new. I am certain that because of Travis we will get our damage deposit back despite one crazy cat and a dog with "issues"

They were here on time and ready to go. Cleaned floors and applied a coat of wax. They did everything they said they would do. I think that I expected a little more. I thought a deep cleaning would have produced better results. The floor was clean but i expected a better job. Might be that I expected too much.

Trevor from TUBRO Carpet Cleaning was absolutely fantastic, very professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant. He arrived just a little early, so he parked around the corner until he was assured we were ready for him. He came in, assessed the carpet and let us know what we NEEDED; he didn't try to sell us something we didn't. He was done in under an hour and was on his way. Great service and would definitely recommend!
