Professional and on time

There was a minor mix-up with the time, but got resolved quickly and professionally. The technician was courteous and professional, and clear in the process. I will definitely use this company again, and thank you for great service.

Went well, carpets came out very clean. They offered an extra cleaning product I didn't need but it was not a hard sell.

Called for appt. I asked about the services, and got a very surly refusal when I asked about the grout on my bathtub. I cancelled the Deal, and will NEVER call them for anything again.

Everything went well. Cleaners were professional and did a great job. I would say that the price more than doubled when we added 3 area rugs and 2 rooms, so it would be a good idea to check on extras ahead of time. Those add on costs can add up.

This job went as well as I could have possible expected. I received a reminder e-mail a few days before the appointment, a call 30 minutes before arrival and the arrival was prompt at the scheduled time. The employee performing the work was very professional, advised me as to some optional treatments without pressure, and got the work done promptly. The carpet being cleaned is just some low quality carpet that the prior owner installed about 8 years ago. This was the first cleaning, so it didn't look that great, but wasn't terrible either. There were two stains I really didn't think he could do much about, but the worst one (cat hairball medicine???) came out entirely, and the other one (clumping cat litter matted in the carpet) covering a larger area came out about 90%. [Edit--after drying the stain came out about 99.9%. You really have to look for it to see it.] That latter stain took a considerable amount of time. The employee gave some warnings about "wicking," which I don't think will be a problem, and a few other things, as well as some advice about drying. My wife left the house shortly before they arrived and came back right when they were finishing up. She was surprised they were already done. When she saw that carpet she said: "Wow!" Given the low quality carpet I'm surprised it cleaned up as well as it did, but it does look very good now.

It went very well. They were punctual, polite and did a great job. The carpets were in bad shape, and they're not good-as-new, but they turned out better than I expected. Things look and smell wonderful.

I bought the big deal. Called and scheduled but then had to reschedule and the company was very accommodating. The technician came on time, also called ahead as I have requested and was very courteous and profession. He did a very nice job ( I heard this from my tenant). Overall, I am very satisfied and would buy this deal again for future needs

It started out great. Angie's list as sent me an offer for Tubro Carpet Cleaning to clean 3 rooms for $79. I purchased the offer and received a message that I was out of their area (they are in Auburn, WA and I am in Lake Stevens) but they would honor the offer. I was pleased they would do that. They scheduled the cleaning within a week. I had my 25 year old son there to let them in and explain what I wanted done. I had to get on the phone with the cleaner to explain it again. Not a problem. He told my son that he was not going to move any of the furniture so my son had to do it. I was not aware that they would not move even small furniture (like dining room chairs, coffee tables, etc.) out of the way to clean carpet. When my husband got home, he called me right away to say the floors felt like they were FLOODED! They were left soaking wet. My husband had to get our steam cleaner out and spent 2 hours sucking up the extra water. My son said the cleaner did a quick job and left. The floors look clean but we are not happy that we were left with soaking wet carpets with the advice to "turn on your heater." Our heater happened to be on the fritz that day too! So we had our fireplace and fans going for 24 hours. Never again!

It went well. The provider arrived about 15 minutes early which was nice. I was in the process of moving out so I was doing some deep cleaning.They worked around me which was very accommodating. I thought we purchased a good valued service.

I had a small time window to get this done. They were very flexible. They came out as early as possible and got the work done promptly. The supervisor ended up coming out and double checking the work. They are completely environmentally friendly chemicals that they used.

I went with them based on the large amount of good feedback. They didn't let me down. Great experience from start to finish. Javier was great. I will most definitely use them again.

The technician was very professional and friendly. the carpets were quite dirty and we were amazed at how clean they got. They really looked like new after the cleaning. The work was done quickly and efficiently. These guys don't mess around. The only kind of negative was the amount of strong orange smell left in the carpet from the cleaning solution. It lingered for a few weeks and was quite strong. Not a bad smell, but surprised at how long it took to go away. Overall we are very pleased with the work of this company.

He arrived a little early which worked out great. The technician was very polite and explained everything he would doing. The work was done quickly and the carpets were dry less than 12 hours later. I was happy with the quality of the work.

Javier Mendez did a fantastic job. He came wearing footies to protect the floor and placed plastic pieces around corners where his tube would come in contact with the wall. He was very courteous and answered all my questions. My stairwell carpet looks new now. In my master bedroom, I had him clean around the big pieces of furniture. The carpet looks clean and smells fresh. I would definitely use this company again.
