Tubro Carpet Cleaning

The receptionist, Janae (sp?) was very warm and patient. She did her very best to accommodate my schedule and was even patient after I took up her time only to change my date. She's the perfect person to receive calls! I also had a very pleasant experience with the Tubro Carpet Cleaning tech, Javier. He was prompt, patient and answered my questions before he go started. He always remembered his booties as he went in and out of my home to his van to set up and disassemble. He also secured the lines in order to avoid marking my stairs or beating up on the banister. WOW!! He did offer a special spot remover which I agreed to as it was a high traffic area. He worked alone and got the job done! i'm very satisfied w/ the work. My carpet is spotless and dustfree! There were a few hard to reach areas that he couldn't access due to large / heavy furniture surround the areas but I can tell that he gave it 100% effort !! I will gladly refer this company and certainly use them again ! *patience is very important to me as I still believe in good old fashion customer service and boy did these two deliver ! :)

Great Service as usual. The best customer service I have seen from a carpet cleaning company. They arrived early and walked me throughout the whole process. Charles did excellent work and I will use them again.

Did very good job! I did pay more money to get more job done and put some protection for living room and stairs' carpets. How ever after carpet dry in the living room some spot-stains show up, I have to get them clean by myself.

Very conscientious company, wanted to make sure the job got done right. Both guys I worked with were very nice and professional. The showed up right when they said they would. Unbelievably fast, and the carpet came out great! The musty smell is gone, and it took very little time to dry. The chemicals they used didn't have a strong smell either. I was very happy with the service.

An excellent experience from start to finish. Tubro responded right away to my request for a date. They showed up exactly when they said they would and took exactly the amount of time they said it would. The cleaner, Javier, was professional and courteous. Before today, I thought we were going to have to replace these carpets, but they look brand new. Highly recommend!

The first appointment I made was for the afternoon on December 12. We had a Christmas party to go to and I told the scheduler that they needed to be done by 6pm. She said no problem. We cleared off all the carpet, upstairs and down, so that everything was in the kitchen & bathrooms, where there was no carpet. At 4:45pm the technician showed. He had a phone number that was 1 digent off, so he could not call. We said it was too late, and they could not clean our home in 1 hour before we would need to leave. I called Monday and rescheduled for Thursday. We survived by making a path to the refrigerator. Thursday Charles called as he was driving and arrived on time. He did a fantastic job, the carpets looked and smelled so fresh. We were ultimately very happy, a bit inconvenienced, but in the end got what we were hoping for.

He gave me great advice and did a splendid job! He arrived right on time. I am very impressed with the quality and price of the service. I would absolutely use them again!

Excellent service. They were spot on with follow up to confirm the appointment. The technician called while enroute with his estimated ETA. The technician, Charles, was the most professional individual I have ever worked with. He was thorough in his explanation of the Angie/s List coupon, explained everything clearly about the job, was neat, courteous and friendly. The couch looks great and no more doggie residue. I highly recommend them and Charles, thanks for doing an excellent job! Tubro, you have a fabulous employee in Charles. Hang on to him!!

Wonderful - Trevor is so knowledgeable and gives me such good advice on carpet care - I love having him as my serviceman! - this is the 2nd time he's visited my home...

We purchased a $90 special on Angie's list before the holidays. We have 9 year old light tan carpet that is cleaned annually. The first attempt to clean the carpets left (2) 3 ft. wide solid streaks (stains) across the room, similar to what one would expect from the grocery store shampooer's. Tubro came back and cleaned the carpet again, this time in the opposite direction. We now have brush streaks through the stains. After sending pictures for review, the carpet cleaning supervisor had the audacity to imply the carpet had been altered after they had left. I am not sure if the PH balance, water pressure or pre-treatment was incorrectly applied. The problem is, neither do they! Extremely dissatisfied.

This company was very responsive and responsible about making appointments and then calling when he was on his way. He was friendly and informative. The carpet looks great,

The service tech was early! He gave me a call 20 minutes before he arrived. He walked through my home with me as I showed him the pieces and areas I needed to have cleaned. He was thorough and quick in the cleaning. I would hire Turbo again.

Service was punctual, professional, and very reasonably priced

Agent showed up and said that he would need an extra $25 per area for an additional treatment to get the carpets clean. He said that all three areas (stairs, hallway, family room) were high traffic areas and wouldn't come clean with their basic cleaning. I nearly canceled the DEAL that I purchased through Angie's List. He reduced the add on price to $25 for all three areas, because he didn't want to lose the sale. Frankly, I didn't like the add on push. I purchased this through Angie's list as a trial to see if this local company could be a regular provider for our home. Even with the special treatment the carpets were not clean enough. I still could see the areas that were a concern for me. I know he worked very hard, but i think the product and add on were just as effective as a home effort. It left me wondering what a regular clean would accomplish. My personal machine broke over a year ago, thus the idea of trying a service. I've decided to research my own cleaning solutions and will try the area on my own to confirm that the carpet is capable of a deeper level of clean. After a few cleans, I will have save the money and time of trying to use a service.

I was concerned about my carpet cleaning because I had cat urine order in my living room that I had previously tried to eliminate with two different types of solutions. I talked to the owner and he assured me that they would do the best they can to get rid of the order, I was skeptical of this because my off the counter products that had a guarantee didn't work. Well let me tell you, Turbo got the job done. I'm so happy with the cleaning. It is such a pleasure to walk in to the house and just smell clean. That day I had company come by and they swore I had new carpet. I am very happy with the end results.

The service went well. The service person was slightly behind schedule but called well ahead of time to let us know. He did a thorough job in carpet cleaning, helped us move several large pieces of furniture and did not hesitate to deep scrub a few dark spots that are close to the baseboard when we pointed them out. We are satisfied with the quality of his work.

Deep cleaning of floors with a hardwood cleaning machine, then a wood preservative is applied. Wow - the floors look great! A great alternative to refinishing if your floors are not in bad shape, but are dull and have scuffs or worn spots. Javier was very professional, yet nice and personable. He thoroughly explained the process and what to expect. He works hard and is efficient. We will definitely call on him for other services in the future.

This service was done at a summer cabin which is rented from October to May. Arrival was supposed to be between 12:30 and 1:30 PM. I made the fifty minute drive from home to the rental and although I arrived a bit early, the Tubro cleaner was already there. He had tried to call me a couple of times because he'd been there for more than twenty minutes but I had turned my phone off for the drive. The instructions he had been given said to arrive by noon. I said my appt was to begin between 12:30 and 1:30. He asked whether I got an email confirmation and I said "no." He showed me the email address to which it had been sent. Turned out someone mistyped my email address, putting an extra "n" in it. Apparently they don't ask for a reply to confirm the appointment. When I got back home, I checked my notes and the paper clearly said that I had talked with John and made an appointment starting at 12:30 at the earliest. Perhaps Tubro needed to change the time and that would have been OK, but I didn't get notified. As it turned out, it was the Tubro cleaner who did the waiting and didn't inconvenience me, but he said that he had been just ready to leave so if I'd arrived 5 minutes later he would have been gone -- and I would have been furious after driving 40 miles, waiting until 1:45 or so, then calling Tubro to ask why no one came, then driving back home, all for nothing, after finding out about the mix-up The actual work done was fine. Or I can say that it looked good after cleaning. There were no spots to remove, just a routine cleaning needed before a new person moved in. Ollie did a good job and moved a couple of large pieces of furniture by himself rather than asking me to do it or even for my help. My grades were A's for the work but a B for professionalism -- their scheduling/confirmation system needs work!

Worker arrived right on time and worked all day long (8 AM until almost 8 PM) in very hot weather. He was polite, professional, friendly and knowledgeable, not to mention tireless. He did a fine job. I was so impressed with his work ethic. He took the runners and small area rugs with him and returned them a a few days later all cleaned and ready to place. Office staff was professional and friendly and very helpful in setting this up. I'd hire this business again in a heart beat. Even better, they were local so I feel I supported a local business in my own community.
