Charles arrived took before & after photos did a thorough job of cleaning & addery protecter

Tubro did a great job, and everyone from the company was a pleasure to work with! Trevor came out on Tuesday to look things over and give me an estimate, and was very thorough on the costs and details of the job. Javier came out the next day and helped me move my kitchen furniture off the hardwood floors, then cleaned and protected them. The day after that, Charles came and helped me put the furniture back on the hardwood, then cleaned the carpets. Gabriella (or Gabrielle, I forget, sorry!) did an excellent job cleaning in both bathrooms and the kitchen, and even cleaned a mess in the laundry room that I didn't ask her to. Very positive experience, and I plan to contact Tubro if I need similar services again!

Tubro was fairly prompt in response and time in getting the service completed. There were a few stains in the carpet, which others mentioned could be removed that were not by the Tubro crew. We had estimates provided by 2 other providers before going with the Angie's List discount, + the additional services we needed. Service was fine for the price paid. Wish they would have taken a little more time to see if the stains could have been removed or not.

They were very good to work with us. Javier was very nice. He protected all the corners. He was very professional.

They were professional and responsive. They came on time and were pleasant. Although the couch was clearly cleaner when they were done, there seemed to be very little attempt to actually get any of the stains out. So I was disappointed. I expect a company that cleans upholstery for a living should have a few tricks to get stains out in addition to going over the area a second time.

It took about 90 minutes. The technician was very professional. One or two difficult stains defied cleaning, but he dealt successfully with the vast majority. My carpets look great. I'm satisfied. I definitely got my money's worth.

It went as expected. The tech identified areas that would be problematic and likely not be able to improve. These areas were already known and had been there for many years before this cleaning service was performed. I did appreciate that these were highlighted or noted before the service was performed so that I didn't expect one thing and get another. The condo unit was completely empty so they did not have to deal with any furniture or other items in their way. At the end there were some more matted down areas, like where furniture had been placed for a long time, that I think they could have spent more time on to return them to more original condition (more fluffy). I was able to do this myself by hand with a little bit of effort following the cleaning.

Good service and great price. I am happy with the results. Next time I will have them come earlier in the day, as it did almost overnight for the carpets to dry.
