Provider spent time explaining how everything would be done and was punctual & professional. Job was completed very satisfactorily. Only criticism was I noticed some squeaky spots in the floor after they left, but the overall experience was excellent. I would definitely give my recommendation.

Dave and his crew rescued us from a bad installer and did a great job of installing our flooring and the molding. Dave answered my plea for help quickly and was able to fix the disaster upstairs in less than 2 days once the Adura plank flooring was delivered. I would recommend that you don't go anywhere else for flooring installation especially LVT type flooring.

I was referred to Paddock Construction by Bamboo Flooring in Roosevelt, Seattle. He came out very quickly to give me a very honest estimate of the work and at that time the carpet was still in place. He was very honest about what may occur once the carpet is removed and they may need to level the base flooring which would alter the estimate. I removed the carpet myself and asked him to come back and take a look. The floors did not need to be leveled and he quickly helped me to identify the best bamboo floors for my needs. Based on my home I needed to nail down the flooring and pick a thick, durable product. The crew arrived on time and did the whole job in one day! It looks incredible and I am very happy with the work and the crew. They cleaned up everything.

Their service was great. They were on time, they got things done, they cleaned up, they hadn't finished some work that Dave himself came out and did and it turned out a whole lot better than we were expecting. They are reliable and do high quality work.

Paddock Construction did an outstanding job on installing my wood floors. This is the company I should have hired in the beginning to install my flooring.

We had previously contracted with Paddock Construction in 2005 to install bamboo floors in our living and dining rooms, and to install tile in our bathroom. So when a remodel required new flooring, we invited them to submit a bid. Paddock’s bid was reasonable, and because our previous experience with them was very positive, we chose them. The crew showed up on time and did professional work, and we are very pleased with the results. They even showed up on an icy day, despite potentially adverse driving conditions.
