+ 0 moreTom was great to work with. He worked hard and did a great job. Everyone who sees the foundation comments on what a quality job he did. He took pride in every aspect of the job and I'd recommend him to anyone.
Description of Work: Tom provided excavation services and installed the foundation for my house and barn. It was over 175 yards of concrete, so it was not a small job. His price was reasonable, and he started straight away. He has plenty of equipment for both the excavation and for forming. I think you find Tom is about the nicest guy around and you'll end up with a very high quality result!

+ -1 moreTom was very easy to work with and flexible with the project schedule. The price didn't change when he ran into a large buried cedar. The original bid was for $4200.00 with $100 for each load of dirt removed. It ended up being 6 loads. He told me at the start of the project, he expected their would be some removal of dirt. I figured I could lose it in the site, but not the case. He was a nice guy and very upfront. I would definetly hire him again. Correction of the city listed, it should be Ravensdale.
Description of Work: Tom excavated for foundation and install down spout drains, installed drainage systems and haul away dirt for a 728 s.f. addition.

+ -1 moreTOM IS AN EXCELLENT CONTRACTOR. HE IS COURTEOUS AND PROFESSIONAL. HIS COMPANY DID A GREAT JOB MAKING OUR YARD A BETTER PLACE, ONE WE WANT TO SPEND TIME IN. HE ALSO DOES ROCKERIES AND ALL ASPECTS OF CONSTRUCTION. WE HAVE TOLD SO MANY PEOPLE ABOUT HIM AND THEY PLAN TO USE HIM TOO.
Description of Work: CLEARED AND LEVELED AREA IN BACK YARD FOR A CEMENT PAD FOR A SHED. POURED CEMENT ON THE SIDE YARD AND PAD FOR SHED.
