First of all, owner Ritchie Hansen came out to the home to evaluate and give me a quote. I found him friendly and professional. He emailed me a 17 page contract with a detailed list of exactly what they would do, including personalized notes that showed a great attention to detail during his walk-through. About a week later, he and his partner came back out and spent 12 hours cleaning my house. 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, a kitchen, breakfast nook and a dining room/pantry area. They did a beautiful job on nearly every space until we got to the end of the day (7-8pm) and then a few things fell through the cracks. The final rooms to be done didn't get dusted well (cobwebs in corners of ceiling and on light fixtures) and the floor wasn't well mopped. There were a couple of items on his checklist that got missed, and some window frames weren't wiped down. I emailed Ritch as soon as I noticed (I was not present when they finished up) and he responded promptly with a huge apology and immediately asked to come back out to take a look at the issues. Once he saw the problems, he apologized again, and scheduled to come back out and clean those areas. They just left, after having me do a walk-through, and they did a phenomenal job. The spots that were missed were completely understandable (it had gotten very dark outside and our lighting isn't great, not to mention that they had been cleaning almost non-stop for 10-11 hours already) and I so appreciated his 200% guarantee to come back out and resolve any concerns. Great job Home Maid...you've made my pig sty of a house not only livable, but actually ENJOYABLE to be in!
