I took My Car in for a car wash which I have done several times without incident. I had a Dentist Appointment so I stopped in to get car washed before appointment. after waiting awhile the manager Jeremy came in to tell me that they had locked the keys in my car ( I had canceled onstar because I don't drive much, I'm handicapped. The Manager Jeremy decided they could get the keys out of the car. Note: my car is 2011 like New, it's garaged and only had 7,500 miles on it at the time. Black and silver sports car. They had a guy take me to my Dentist Appointment but before I left the assistant Manager told me that he was going to dealership to get a key. I went to my Appointment and was picked back up by someone from VanCours.. When I got back the Manager Jeremy told me that they had Damaged my car. Damages: Damaged window tint on both sides of car, Damaged weather stripping around passenger side of door, damaged the window trim around passenger side back window. damages they caused by trying to get the keys out of the car. WOW... I didn't blow up they told me that they would repair the damages to car, they had to order parts and set things up. They called and told me that the parts were on back order so I had to wait. I took the car back to get the window tint re-done at VanCours, they kept it all day on a Saturday. Did a bad job, tint had bubbles in it and they got glue on the inside of car upper side on drivers side of car. I took the car back a couple weeks later to have them wash the car and look at the glue spot and window Tint, still waiting for weather stripping,They washed the car but didn't look at the tint and glue spot. Spoke to Jeremy a few times on the Phone and made appointment with VanCour's to have Molding around passenger side window replaced and re-do the weather stripping around passenger side door. I took the car in and waited a couple hours and Jeremy came in to tell me that my car was done but they had damaged the paint. OK...... I BLEW UP!! Jeremy stated that it was not as bad as it looked and that he tried to CLEAN it up a but before showing it to me. they Scratched and chipped, burned the black paint. Jeremy asked me if I could bring the car back on Monday They would FIX it, they would Air-brush it..... upset and really Mad....... I told him NO.. Then he said that he could get it FIXED later that day and wanted to know if I could bring the car back at Three! I said OK.......I left and thought about all that had happened over a 24.00 car wash. The repairs they did were bad and they kept causing MORE damage to car. I decided at this point to call my Insurance Company. I had the car checked out by the recommended Auto shop given to me by my Insurance Company. They noted the damages to car. Tint needed to be RE-DONE.... Window Trim on passenger side was not done right, needed to be RE-DONE! Weather stripping on passenger side needed to be Replaced and RE-DONE! Passenger side corner panel needed to be Repainted and blended due to the damages. They got glue or epoxy all over the car, around window, on inside of passenger side tint,, even glue on front of car, door Jam..... just a Mess! Glue everywhere. I tried really hard to work with VanCours to fix Damages to my car but they did poor work and caused MORE damage to my car. They will have nothing to do with me now because I turned it over to Insurance Company. Insurance Company sent them a letter and Via phone was told that I. The lock smith did the damage 2. They didn't damage my car, they don't know anything about it!! ( they have security camera's all over the shop!) Well guess what VanCours...... I have your phone calls on my cell phone!! 2. I have a voice message when Jeremy called and left a message that the paint guy was there if I could bring my car in sooner!!! I have a second recording with Jeremy!! Vancours stated that the damage to my window was caused by All around windows to call and take it up with them.... I said NO because my car was in their hands, in their care!!. So I want people to BEWARE of this business.... if you care about your Car, take it to someone who cares about customer service because they don't. My 24.00 car wash cost me 1,500.00 for Deductible, rental car, gas not counting for the stress and headache over this mess. ( doesn't include what the Insurance Company had to pay out! So the Owner and Assistant manager will not step up and take responsibility for what they did . Guess it's just easier to Lie about the whole thing........ AFTER the fact....... there is more horror stories out there to be told...... WOW...... wish I would have known, I would have never taken my car there!! my 24.00 car wash costs big bucks!!! BEWARE PEOPLE!!! I wanted the owner to step up and pay me for my Deductible, rental car and gas.... Jeremy the assistant manager should be fired and the Owner should be held accountable!!! The car looked like it had been driven right off of the "show room" floor. It was beautiful. Immaculately detailed. I am very pleased with the service I received. They did an awesome job. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I've been taking our cars to Vancour's for several years. They have always provided excellent service and the detail work is immaculate.

I dropped my car off in the morning and it was done around 4 or 5. Everything went great. I could not have done a better job myself so it was worth it.

Brought in new 2013 Kia. Something scratched the front cowling. They rubbed it out in thirty minutes and it is barely noticeable saving about $500 to get it repainted.

VERY PROFESSIONAL AND EFFICIENT. YOU PAY A HEFTY PRICE, BUT THEY DO AN AWESOME JOB. CAR LOOKS BRAND NEW.
