Description of Work: They had an incredibly long wait (months) before they could come out and do a bid. I pre-paid for a consultation- big mistake. I have yet to be refunded. It is a major hassle to get a refund through Angie's list- very unclear process. The vendor said they cannot simply refund my (very) significant payment. I blame Angie's List as much as I do the vendor and will NEVER again purchase one of Angie's 'DEALS'! .

+ -1 moreJeff and team arrived on time and prepared for the job. Overall, installation took less time than estimated and the cost was reduced in kind from the original estimate. Would recommend for simple home installations and my guess is they would be very adept at larger projects as well.
Description of Work: Installed speaker terminals and wiring through the home for a rear speaker home theater setup. The wiring was capped on both ends with professional grade, gold terminals for ease of speaker installation.

+ -1 moreWe hired Jeff George and Theater One to bring our home into the 21st century and they did a great job. George even came up with a novel approach to cabling and connecting our receiver, power amp, power conditioner, Tivos, Apple TV and router so they could be easily accessed on a movable cart. We are very happy with their work and would use them again in a heartbeat!
Description of Work: The work consisted of installing wiring to connect different levels of our new home, installing two televisions, interconnecting our existing and new audio/visual equipment, computers, wifi, etc. They also installed a home security system.

+ 0 moreJeff and Kevin were extremely knowledgeable, friendly, punctual, and professional. Every aspect of our project was completed on time and without any issues. Anytime I have a question about something, they are very easy to get a hold of. I would DEFINITELY use them again!
Description of Work: Designed our theater room. Installed five TV's with wireless controls into our closet. Installed surround sound, blue ray, Nintendo wii and wii u, Playstation 4. Each TV has wireless headphones that also link to each TV. Theater One also designed a program so that our remote is our iPad which has control over all TV component. The room is awesome!! Ultimate football viewing room!
