Description of Work: The Home Inspector, Mr. Iverson, came on time, checked my home and went over with me what should be attended to. Most important, he found a water leak that needed to be taken care of fast. He also showed me how to change the filter in the furnace and other tips for me to do with my home.

 + -1 moreJERRY IVERSON JR. WAS ON TIME, HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL, AND FOUND A MAJOR DEFECT IN OUR CRAWL SPACE UNDER THE HOUSE; MAINLY SIGNIFICANT WATER BUILDUP.
