Description of Work: Two weeks ago i scheduled an appointment with Taylor to perform a simple servicing on our furnace in regards to an inspection report claim. today july 2nd 4 days before the service was to be performed they called and canceled stating that they had booked up with air conditioner work. Clearly this company does not honor its commitments and will back out of any deal that doesnt provide them the biggest bang for thier buck.

Description of Work: installed new furnace and a/c unit...all good...only thing they didn't do was set thermostst to provide auto heat/cool but told me how to program themostat for auto when I called a day or two later...seemed to be careful and professional installation of equipment for competitive price

+ -1 moreThey replaced the entire furnace but they did not put the cover so what i have is an open space, so i was not really impressed with them at all I actually would not recommend them to friends and family. They were very responsive that is why i told them to come out. They were joking to each other and i was working and some of the jokes were not professional.

+ -1 moreJoe came out and performed a thorough initial inspection at no cost, listened to my concerns and then suggested what would be the best long term solution while keeping the costs down as much as possible. Taylor Heating also beat out my other bids and I was very impressed with the longevity of the company, professionalism and no pressure sales approach. Once I decided to go with Taylor Heating the install team was scheduled quickly, performed the work, cleaned up after themselves as well as filling any holes and walked me through setup and operation. Couldn't be happier, definitely give Joe and his team a shot if you have any HVAC work needed. I will use Taylor Heating in the future and refer to those I know.
Description of Work: Installed a a ductless heat pump downstairs, another heat pump for the attic furnace and a wifi thermostat.

+ -1 moreI just moved into my house, and have a furnace that has not yet had a standard maintenance service completed. I called Taylor Heating and A/C and scheduled an appointment. Due to a miscommunication, they didn't show up for the first scheduled appointment, but did in fact remedy the situation when they did come the next day. We discovered that the inducer motor isn't working properly and estimates were given to repair or replace the furnace. Much more satisfied with the service than I originally was.
Description of Work: Called for a standard maintenance servicing of the furnace in our new home, and we discovered that the inducer motor isn't working properly. Estimates were given for both replacing the furnace and the motor, with detailed explanations of the problem and possible solutions.

+ -1 moreThey did a great job. We had a couple estimates and there was the best for the same type of product. They were on time, did an excellent job in tearing out the old heater and replacing it in a very similar footprint. They were professional and nest - cleaning up their mess.
