+ -1 moreCONSTRUCTION WAS SLOW AND MANY ERRORS WERE MADE. SOUNDBUILT HOMES DID NOT CONSTRUCT THE QUALITY OF HOME THAT THEY DESCRIBE ON THEIR WEBSITE. THE ARCHES IN MY HOME ARE DONE POORLY AND NOT CORRECTED TO THE STANDARD OF OTHER HOMES LIKE MINE. I WAS TOLD TO TAKE THE HOUSE AS IS OR THEY WOULD REFUND MY DEPOSIT.
Description of Work: I PURCHASED A PRE-SALE HOME TO BE CONSTRUCTED IN KENT. IT WAS A TAX EXCHANGE PROPERTY SO I WOULD HAVE LOST THOUSANDS TO IRS IF I HAD BACKED OUT.
