Michael came out to give me a bid on a roof and gutter cleaning job, we agreed on a price for a limited cleaning. They came out and did the job on time and very professionally. The next rain came and I noticed the gutters werenâ t draining as they should. I called Michael and he was very concerned and made an appointment with me to check the work that was done. When he arrived he realized he may have under bid the job but was eager to make me, the customer happy! Michael came back and finished the job. Great customer service! After Sound Powerwashing cleaned my roof to my complete satisfaction, I turned around and hired them to clean my tennis court and patio. They pre-treated the areas and did an excellent job of restoring the beauty of my court, and cleaned my very old patio. I am so satisfied with their work. They are so easy to work with - hard workers (Michael/owner and Myron) and reasonably priced. I will have them back in the spring for another job.
