Worker started work but did NOT clean ANYTHING. Did blow leaves from the roof but was to remove the moss. When done, moss is still there. Said his treatment was recommended when asked why the moss was still there he said it would take 3-4 months. To date moss still there and I have hired a different worker to clean the roof. I cannot recommend this company to anyone for ANYTHING.

Michael is very professional and responsive to my needs. As this was my first time hiring a contractor for the roof cleaning, I had lots of questions, especially on the soft washing method he uses. He was extremely patient and kind when asked multiple times throughout the process. What I learned in the end, never use hard pressure wash method for your tile roofs and if you want to extend the life of your roof and save from damaging the tiles, go with their method.

Michael called back quickly and set an appointment to come out the same day to discuss the options, very knowledgeable in his field. Would be happy to recommend to anyone.

We needed our roof treated for an active moss problem, not wanting our roof to go all furry like some we have seen up here. I called up Home Advisor, who connected us with Michael Knauff at Sound Powerwashing. They were able to come out quickly and treated the roof. They offered other services, like cleaning the gutters so they looked nice and white again, and somewhat discounted since they were already onsite, but we declined. They were very low pressure about it. It took an hour or so, and was a good price. They also give a 12 month guarantee. Very nice people and great service.
