My property was never surveyed and registered with the county. The price of the work was about $1600 well above the estimated range for the work at your site. The service was very good and took two trips to ensure accuracy. They provided all drawings and services as expected.

I recommend Sadler, Barnard & Assoc of Puyallup, who were the surveyors that I used to stake rebar corners for the fence replacement. Dan Lofgren, project managere, was great as was Tom, the lead of the 2 surveyors who came out. While their job for me was simple, they can do more complex work. Their rate was in the standard range for this type of work.
