Description of Work: While the work the young man did was fine I only gave this a "C" rating because he only shampooed around things. I don't expect large furniture to be moved however he did not move such items a coffee table, ottoman or even a basket of dog toys that was sitting on the floor.

 + 0 moreHe was very friendly and professional. He told us the reason why our carpet had "speed bumps" in it and what we can do to fix it and who to contact. He was very accommodating and told us what all the different products where and what they did and how they worked. He was very knowledgeable with his profession. Told us statistics that we would have never known otherwise! Thought were just going to have somebody clean our carpets and they'd be on their way, but who knew having your carpet cleaned would be such a learning experience!! There was no pressure to have any added services done. Our carpets looked brand new again. And we have 2 kids, 2 cats and a dog! It was a GREAT carpet cleaning experience! Will definitely have them come again!:)
