During a roof inspection, it was discovered that all 22 attic vents of my roof were failing due to poor mfg quality and the effects of UV. Not a good time to have 22 holes in a Northwest roof. I contacted Rubicon Roofing and within 10 minutes received a return call. Dennis (owner) came promptly, surveyed the work, and I accepted his offer to do the repair. Within 2 days, my repairs were complete. It was a remarkable case of customer service that is very hard to find, these days. Excellent work in a professional manor, also very hard to find. My wife and I are very pleased with our first time use of Home Advisor, and highly recommend Rubicon Roofing.

Dennis responded quickly to my roof repair inquiry on Home Advisor. He came to the house the same day and provided a quote that was under the bids given to me from two other roofing contractors. A few days later, Dennis and his crew worked steadily to complete my project in a timely manner. All in all, hiring this company was an excellent experience. I woke up last Friday to water dripping from my bathroom ceiling. Dennis responded very quickly to my need for a relatively small roof repair after other contractors told me it wasn't a big enough job for them to bother with. He was at my house within a couple hours with a temporary patch and returned today to do a full repair, as well as cleaning the gutters and blowing leaves and pine needles off the roof. The quote was reasonable and the work was done at the agreed upon price. As far as I'm concerned, I have my go-to roofing guy.

Rubicon Roofing LLC was a complete pleasure to work with. Dennis (the owner) was efficient, personable, competitively-priced, on time, professional, and enjoyable to talk with. I really appreciate that he always answers his phone. They scrubbed (with a wire brush) the moss off of the roof, applied moss-out, and pressure washed and cleaned out the gutters. Dennis, and his daughter, worked diligently to complete the job in a timely manner. I am certain we will be hiring Rubicon Roofing In the future should we need any further roofing work.

The owner of the company came out very quickly for an estimate and after inspection he found it was a minor issue and could be repaired quickly and he even reduced his minimum rate and fixed the issue on his first visit. Very professional, quick, polite and took pictures showing the issue to show me the problem, highly recommended.

Dennis, the owner, called me within an hour of submitting my information and came out the next day for a quote that was lower than 3 other companies. He was prompt and professional and when our work kept getting delayed due to weather, he remained in constant contact with me so we could sort out a plan when things cleared up. The work was good and we haven't noticed any leaks from the small portion of roof that he replaced. He'll be our "go-to" for any roof repairs or maintenance in the future.

Rubicon responded quickly to my phone call about two leaks in my roof. He quickly assessed that the leaks were due to a faulty sky roof tube. His initial quote was too expensive for me and he politely understood. 2 minutes later he knocked on the door and said he would do it for $100 less. I agreed and the job was done in about 15 minutes. I am so sure about the $250 cost(perhaps typical but I am not sure) but Rubican assured that he respond at no cost if they leak come back.

The owner came and was very professional and courteous. If his employees work didn't match his expectations he made sure it was done correctly.
