It went well. The communication was clear. They worked quickly and respectfully in our house, especially around our young son. Most importantly, the never tried to upsell us.

The service man arrived in time and did the work that was asked. He did a good job.

No issuses needing attention so no services rendured.

They are good about keeping appointments, and they always do a thorough job. We also appreciate they keep us well-informed and offer helpful suggestions and advice when necessary.

In replacing my front door recently, I'd found a single piece of wood completely chewed up by a wood-boring insect, so I wanted to have a company inspect my house to see if I have any active infestations. I called around to get estimates for inspections and treatments. I decided to go with Rambo because Luke was very professional on the phone and they had a flat price for just the inspection, separate from any other treatment options. They were able to come by two days after our conversation. He looked at the piece of wood and determined that it was just a wood eating beetle that had bored through it and taken off years ago. He and Butch inspected the perimeter of my house and the tunnels I'd found in my garden and determined they were mole tunnels, not rat or mice tunnels as I'd feared. One thing I really appreciated was when I showed them the empty bait boxes I'd put in my crawl space. Rather than pushing me to have treatments right away, they determined (due to the lack of droppings and teeth mark, and the presence of a lot of slug slime) that it was indeed slugs eating the poison bait, not rodents. Luke checked out my attic and Butch checked out my crawl space. They both came back saying everything was all clear and there were no signs of rodents or wood-boring insects. I was very happy to pay them the $75+tax for the inspection. They did offer to spray my house for spiders (of which there are plenty), but I declined that service for the time. I will definitely call them in a couple years to perform another inspection.

Can I just say that these guys ROCK?!? The technician they sent was extremely professional, courteous, and effective. I wasn't able to get any other pest control service to come out same day except for this one. They squeezed me in. It wouldn't been such a big deal, but we had bees coming into the house, so we needed to stop that immediately. We would definitely, 100% use their service again. Top-notch service.

Left message they would out to treat the house the day before. (We're in a maintenance program.) Called them about a problem we were having in case I wasn't here. He showed up, put booties on since he was walking through my house; sprayed house no problem. Oren, checked everything & reported back to me when he was done. These guys are fantastic!!!

Luke and his crew are the BEST! Polite, professional, knowledgeable and always respond very quickly to my calls. Willing to work with us personally and show us what they did, where and why. Have used them for the last few years.

Purchased a Big deal for Rambo Total Pest Control. I was having a problem with mice getting in the house. The put poison out and then they fixed the spot where they were getting in at. The service was good, very professional. The problem I had was they tried to upsell more service before they even started the work that I requested.

They were knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I was very impressed with their professionalism. I called a couple of days later with a question and they didn't hesitate to help me.

Super easy to work with. It was a rental property and they worked with the tenant, no problems.

Service was GREAT! Luke either answered the phone or immediately returned my call each time. They came, they saw, they kicked its a**. Have had two follow-ups to check traps and bait stations with no additional charges. Butch the technician made me a rocking new crawlspace door so hopefully there will be no future "residents" besides humans. He also installed exclusion wire in several small places that another company had previously missed. Would definitely hire Rambo again.

Arrived timely and professionally began the pest control service and is returning tomorrow to access treatment.

Our experience with Rambo Pest Control, and especially "Russ" Russell, was excellent. Russ came the first time and did a thorough inspection of our crawl space. He confirmed that there had been rodent activity, and took a number of photographs. He explained his findings in detail and gave us suggestions on things we could do ourselves. He set a number of traps in the crawl space and three bait stations around the perimeter of our house. Russ came back 10 days later and inspected all of the traps and bait stations. A month later, Russ came back for a third time and collected the bait stations. On both of the followup visits, he reported his findings and the current lack of any rodents. He left the traps with us, under the house, and gave us an additional trap to use near a potential access spot. Company representatives called to confirm appointments in a friendly and personal manner.

They were on time, they did a good job. They set traps and will come back in 5-10 days to check them.

Scheduling was simple; I purchased the Angie's List Deal and then called the company. They had just received email notification of my purchase of the Deal, and scheduled me for a time that worked with my work schedule. On the day of service, the technician was nearly an hour late. I called the company but only got voice mail. When the technician arrived, he was very apologetic and stated that he is almost never late and was very unhappy with himself for being so. He offered me additional follow-up visits at no charge to make up for his lateness, which I accepted. The inspection and placement of traps went very well, the technician explained everything he was doing and why he was doing it, and answered all of my questions. The follow-up appointment to check the traps also went very well, very clean and professional.

Rambo came back a week later and checked traps...no activity...they then closed an access point in the attic and left the traps in the attic. Conclusion...evidence of rodent activity was not current.

I discovered rats in the crawl space of a bedroom on a Saturday and using Angie's List I left messages for 6 companies thinking that someone would call me on Monday (even though I was hoping for a call immediately!) Rambo Total Pest Control called me back within 6 hours and gave me an estimate and scheduled an appointment for Monday! They arrived on time, inspected the property, honored the telephone estimate, set traps, sealed off an access hole under the front deck they felt the rats had used to gain access to the house and said they would follow up the next week! I have thrilled to say there has been ZERO rat activity since their visit and they have followed up with me 2 weeks in a row and they will make one final call next Monday. Amazing company and awesome employees!

We had some kind of critter in the roof. Very distressing to hear the pitter patter of little feet over your head in the living room. We couldn't find their opening after several attempts. We called for help (I'm sorry I don't remember the very helpful and professional young man). His search quickly located the rodents access. After sealing things up, we talked strategies. We didn't want any traps or poison where the feral kitties in the neighborhood could get at them. Our fellow was very careful about this, and thoroughly explained his approach. He explained our options for follow up service without any hard sell or scare tactics. We bought a few months of check up, which happened as schedule, with 'heads up we're coming tomorrow" calls a day ahead. We didn't need to be home for the follow ups, but we always had a complete report waiting for us after their visits. Bottom line: great pro service that WORKED!!

We were very pleased with the company and will certainly have them back again for any problems. They were very professional and reasonably priced for what they do.

We called several pest control companies for estimates on work, when we suspected a problem with a rodent moving in under the house. 1st estimate from another company said we had multiple rats nests all over under the house in crawl space, that there was standing water several inches deep, and the supports under the house were all rotting. they offered to repair all, for only $8,000. yikes. After examining the crawl space ourselves, we couldn't see any evidence of the deep standing water or "rotting" problems, but since we were not knowledgeable about determining rodent infestations, we called Rambo pest control, and one other company for a second/third opinion. Rambo sent their guy, who was prompt, very knowledgeable, and very professional. We were pleased with the prompt follow-up services as well. Their price quote was fair and reasonable, they were careful to not damage our home during inspection, careful with our pets, did a very thorough inspection of the areas, and we will use again, as well we have already as recommend Rambo pest services to others. they were FAR superior to the other two companies that came out for estimates, more knowledgeable, more professional, good communications, and fair prices.

I purchased a package on Angie's List for setting traps and coming back to check them. Russ from Rambo has been great. On the first visit, he was very thorough in searching for possible entry points. He identified where he believed the rodent was entering and sealed that and all other possible entries. He set numerous traps. He has come back for several follow-up checks. One rodent was caught and disposed of...and he honored my wish to not see it or hear about how big it was. Russ is knowledgable, professional, and very friendly. Even though he has declared the inside "rodent free", he has called to check in on the situation. I would definitely recommend this company.

They worked from start to finish without much fuss, very professionally. They also addressed all our concerns. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Rambo came out the day after we called and a friendly technician walked around the house with us so we could point out where we saw the ants. He was running behind, so didn't arrive until 7:30 pm. It was a surprise that he was working that late, but it was appreciated. After taking the tour, he said that he would spray the perimeter of the house and that if we saw more ants a week after the application he would come back. I was disappointed that there was no inspection of the attic or crawl space to see if we had an infestation in the house. He did a soft sell of a maintenance plan (as expected of any pest control company), but other than giving us a quote, he did not press when we said we were not interested. When we still saw ants after a week, we called again and he said that his boss suggested that the next step was to drill holes in the siding and inject the poison into the walls. Again, there was no inspection of the attic or crawl space. He came out and injected into the wood siding, but none of the interior walls where there was stucco outside. He again asked about the maintenance plan, and we again said we were not interested and it was dropped. We have not seen any ant activity since the injections. I liked the companies professionalism and the fact that I wasn't dinged anything for the second call. I am surprised - given the destructive nature of the carpenter ants - that Rambo did not confirm that that was no infestation in the house, but the problem appears to be solved, so I am basically happy with the service and the relatively low cost of the service.
