A+ all the way around and then some! He got rid of the problem. Very helpful, great follow-up, and you can really tell he takes pride in his work. Very accommodating to all my needs (patched up a hole I asked him to block off). Very educational and all-around excellent. I would use him again but hopefully I won't need to!

So I have a bad case of angry yellow jackets living inside my exterior wall 8 feet from my front door! I logged on to Angies List website to find a reputable pest control company and after reading Rambo Total Pest Control's reviews I decided to give them a call. The receptionist was quite kind but told me I'd have to wait until Saturday as they are incredibly busy. After telling her about my angry bee's and that I had just gotten stung walking into my front door she said she would put me on a cancelation list. I thanked her and said I would keep my fingers crossed! Not one hour went by when she called back to say Luke would be coming to my home at 2pm! Luke showed up as promised and as we kneeled down ( a safe distance mind you ) in my grass watching the bees buzz in and out of my siding, he discussed what he thought and how he would go about treating my nasty villain's. He decided first to go into the crawlspace just to make sure they were not hiding in the insulation! It's steaming hot outside and Luke suits up in his coveralls and respirator and disappears underneath my home! 20 minutes later he reappears with a hand full of yellow jacket nesting's. It seems his first hunch was correct! After thanking my new hero, I mentioned all the crazy bees I have had this year and that I had another nest at the peak of my garage and had planned on spraying it tonight with that high shooting wasp spray. "I'm sure I can get it" I say. During our conversation, Luke steps to his truck and begins to put together a long pole with a can of spray that fits into the top. He tells me that this is a much easier way to get the bees and that I wouldn't have any of the spray residue like I would from spraying the bees myself. We walk to the second pest nest and Luke does his magic once again! I am now "bee free" and quite thankful! But along with the thankfulness comes admiration for Luke and his amazing customer service! He was prompt, thorough, kept us informed at all times and got the job done quickly! I no longer need to scroll through pest control business's if I have problems in the future for I have found a keeper!

My house had a fairly advanced termite infestation. I called four companies for bids. Rambo's was competitive. I had to ask a number of questions on a number of occasions by email and phone; they were always quick to respond and super helpful with the information. I had initially intended to go with a different company at the same price, but Rambo's responsiveness and customer service made me change my mind. They did a great job.

I have added the carpenter ant problem to my single pest service contract. I am certainly glad I did as I found a large active colony with a great deal of damage to my sun room. Then I found two actual areas where the ants were placing the eggs. So, I called and Chris was right back and sprayed the area. It looks like Chris has nearly contained the carpenter ant problem in a few short weeks. If you search YouTube, for carpenter ants in Edgewood WA, you will find the video of Rambo fogging my sun room framing. I am completely satisfied with the service I receive from Rambo Pest Control. Every time a tech comes out, I receive an email with a PDF attachment thaqt describes the problem and service provided along with the specific treatment utilized. This email is followed by an invoice that shows the cost of the service - which in my case is $0.00 since I am on a service contract. Great people including the office staff. My go-to company for all things pesty.

We used Rambo for about one year and at first were pretty happy. We battle odorous house ants every few months when they decide to show up in various parts of our house. The first visit was great. They used some bait inside and sprayed outside. The bait worked well but they kept returning like nothing had happened. We kept up on the service for a year and realized this was not getting any better. After one particular bad weekend where we had the most we ever had I bought some professional grade bait from online and used it inside. The next day they were gone and I haven't seen any in the last 6 months. Rambo was great to work with- very professional. We would try them again in the future if needed but not for ants.

Rambo Total Pest Control did charge me for the inspection but that price was subject for reimbursement if we decided to have them do the work . . . I was somewhat disappointed for the fee; their web site says ?Call Rambo Total Pest Control for a free inspection and quote! We will gladly offer any advice that we can during this process.? When I had read ?. . . for a free inspection and quote!? I did not realize there was a ?condition?. I decided not to use Rambo at this time, the pest control issue was not as imperative as I had originally thought ? I paid the inspection fee.

Butch was very professional and thorough. Seemed like my rat saw his truck and hasn't been back. Haven't had an issue since his first check in 3Q2013.

They came quickly and were very polite and professional and most importantly got rid of my ants. They now come quarterly, however, if I have issues during the quarter they would come quickly.

Their service was really wonderful. I can't speak highly enough of their work. This had to be one of the worst situations in our life and they worked with us. We did much of the cleanout of stuff--27 years of accumulation in our basement! They did the rest. Now we have a tidy, organized, clean and rodent-free basement. Can't speak highly enough of what they did for us!

They have been able to control the ant infestation with one intensive session followed by quarterly checks on possible reinvestation. They have succeeded where the former company couldn't.

It went great and they gave me a senior discount. I would recommend them to anyone with a pest problem. I called other companies, and they never called back. Great job guys.

Received phone call to confirm date and time of tech arrival. Office asked if anything unusual was occuring (noises / sight of activity) Upon arrival, Tech checked under home for rodent intrution (none found). Replaced crawl space cover to original position. Also,checked outside bait boxes for useage, and found it not necessary to replace material.

The treatment was extremely effective. The treatment around the perimeter was also very effective on some other varieties of ants that i would usually treat myself , but never with the results of the products used by professionals. I was concerned about my dogs ,but was told that all the products were safe for pets once they were dry. Never had an issue with the dogs. I was very happy with the service and the price...

He came on a discounted visit and I guess we got what we paid for, but he was trying to sell us a much more expensive program.

Rambo resolved the initial issue and we signed up for one quarterly service package. They accidentally billed us for the second quarter and we paid. When they received payment they noticed the error and proactively reached out to us and issued a refund check with out us even asking. Not a lot of companies with those kind of ethics. AWESOME to work with and trustworthy. Hopefully we wont have anymore pest issues, but if we do, we'll totally call Rambo.

Provider inspected exterior of home as well as the crawl space. Upfront communication was very clear and helpful. The gentleman who came out was polite, informative, and very thorough. From beginning to end I felt extremely comfortable with everyone I dealt with. I would definitely recommend this company for price, communication, professionalism and price.

We hired Rambo to treat for powder post beetles, moisture ants inside the house, and mice in our crawlspace on 10/2/12. These pest problems were found during a homeinspection. Luke Clark inspected the property and sold us on $1002.92 worth of services and entering into a one year service agreement to eradicate the mice inside the crawlspace and deter unwanted pests. We had just had the crawl space updated including a new barrier and all new insulation. We were very concerned when the home inspector notified us of mice which could cause us to have to rip out all of the insulation they had contaminated before a home sale. Luke assured us that he had secured all of the entry points in the crawlspace and would bait to remove any remaining mice. Mice continued to becaught thru the Dec. 6 2012 service visit . In March during our quarterly service a new technician Robert Leslie was assigned and continued to find mice. He explained that the mice were coming under our garage door and squeezing thru a tiny hole under the access board and getting into our crawlspace. He recommended a new crawl door be purchased for $195. We struggled to try to find any access areas by our garage doors with no luck. We briefly discussed this with Robert during the June 6th service and said we could not afford a $195. door on top of what we were already paying for service. I finally decided to bait the garage with food and could still not find any evidence of mice. On the Sep 4th service visit we still had mice caught in the crawlspace. I discussed this with Robert and showed him the food that was left on shelves that had not been disturbed. He agreed to set up traps in the garage to see if any mice were caught. In frustration, I contacted the owner Luke Rambo and discussed the issue. He promptly came out and immediately checked out the crawlspace and found that the screen and foam that was initially installed had a hole that the mice had continued to enter. He removed all previous material and secured the vent with new screen. He explained that the mice should be eliminated after one month. He agreed to continue to return to make certain no rodents remained, which after Sep. 24th they were finally gone. Our total investment for services was $1642.93 and we hadmice in the crawl space for a YEAR. It was never discussed during the initial visits how long it would take to remove the mice. The first technician made no comments when they were continually trapped thru December. The second technician made no attempt to go into the crawlspace during March, June or September to confirm that the area was secure. In addition to our problems with the mice, shortly after the agreement expired on Sep. 14th, we found damage by moisture ants to our older deck attached to the house, hidden under deck carpet. Both technicians were notified that the decks had experienced infestations before and we were concerned about it. The first treatment included the base of the decks, but they are directly under and next to trees making access easy. I guess I should have been more vigilant at discussing the issue and getting a better understanding of how structures other than the house would be treated. The quote to spray the deck for ants was an additional $195.

He listened to our concerns, discussed our options, inspected our problem areas, identified the pests quickly and got to work fast. He was polite, on time, and very professional. Butch even explained things we could do to help alleviate other insect and rodent concerns to avoid infestation (he spotted a faulty bird feeder, for example and explained it was prime rodent risk). After the work was complete, Butch explained other possible services but never tried to pressure us or sell us anything. I was impressed that he even took specimens to examine at his shop to further his knowledge. We HIGHLY recommend Rambo Pest Control to anyone needing quick, professional, responsive and perhaps most importantly, HASSLE-FREE pest control services.

They were able to work with me on a day to come out and scheduled me on a Wednesday when I called Monday afternoon. They showed up on time, did a thorough check for where the wasps were. The extermination process was quick and he explained how the process worked and if I saw anymore wasps in a week he would come out and spray again for free. They also explained not to patch up hole for a couple weeks because if wasps were still there they would eat through my wall into my bedroom. I also got a quote for spider control which was very reasonable. I would absolutely recommend Rambo... they did a great job.

Rus explained everything about carpenter ants - how they live and populate. Then he advised on how to treat for them.

It's been pretty good. The guy was professional and friendly. We might have it under control so I've been satisfied with their work. They leave a report after every activity.

On time, on budget. Courteous, attentive to detail, brought enough people to do the whole job efficiently and thoroughly.

Rambo came by and installed feeding stations around the exterior of my home and traps in the basement and attic. They came back a week later to check them and then came back after a month to collect them.
