The initial inspection did not cover the termite problem, and the tech and his management miscommunicated regarding getting a termite specialist out. Once that was brought to their attention, Mr. Rambo himself came to perform the inspection. He confirmed termites, defined the scope of the infestation, and outlined a very reasonable plan for dealing with it. He ensured that I fully understood what was entailed, and what the expected results should be, with a 5-year warranty against re-infestation. The termites had gained access to my garage in the gap between the garage slab and the slab foundation for the house. They worked their way from the garage to the living room and were in the process of infesting the wall between the living room and the garage. On a tight schedule with my planned departure for an extended travel session, Mr. Rambo returned with the appropriate equipment, drilled holes through the house and garage slabs along all borders of the two slabs on both sides. Through those holes, and through holes in the soil on the outside of the garage on both sides, they injected the appropriate treatment chemicals and patched the concrete afterward. They then recommended a contractor to inspect and remediate damage to the walls and baseplates. Work was performed on time and on budget. I have them returning for periodic ant control for a recurring problem I've had since we purchased the home in 2000. I'm extremely pleased with their work and with the cost of service, as well as the performance of their recommended carpentry contractor. I strongly recommend them for any insect infestation problems.

Good experience. We are still continuing service. We were using them monthly for 59 dollars a month. Now they are going to come out quarterly and the price is going up to 89 dollars.

After about a week with no response from Rambo I decided to give them a call. I am not sure if the delay was between Rambo and Angie’s List since that is who I actually paid or if was it another issue. The technicians were very friendly and knowledgably. They placed two types of traps throughout the crawl space, three outside, and one in the garage just in case, even though there was no sign of them there. They found the entry point for the rodents and sealed it up. I am not a fan of crawl spaces so I did not go down to see the work, but I’m confident it was done. Pros: 1. Knowledgeable and friendly Tech’s 2. Good value. Cons: 1. I have called five times total with questions and every time I had to leave a message for them to call me back 2. Follow ups are made via text with the date and time already established. You can text back no and call to set a better date and time but then you encounter problem number 1. Since my crawl space access is located inside this does not work for me. 3. Was not aware that they put you on a month by month program after the included follow-ups. It does not seem like a bad deal. I just wasn’t aware of it until they texted me with a date and time to come out again and I had to figure out why and what was going on.

The technician showed up on time and completed his work quickly. The ant infestation was eliminated.

Rambo Total Pest Control has been great for us! Rambo's representation at front office was super and Pest Technician Robert Sherwood is like a Phd in Pest Control!! He identified so many areas for us; everything from the odors of rats we did not notice to several areas of holes in our home; (which based on our selection of service) he plugged up for us, to setting traps and spraying.. Excellent! We took their top package for a year based on their technicians care and knowledge in this field.

I called in to get a quote for treatment of Mud Daubers. They started coming into the house in my bedroom and nursery. They quoted me, and were able to send put Robert the same day. He located and treated the outside and interior of our attic all within an hour. There were several nests that he was able to locate and destroy. Claudette who quoted me and Robert the technician were very friendly and informative on what they were doing and what to look forward to. I was very pleased with their attentive and professional attitudes as well as their friendly demeanor. I will definitely use them again in the future if any other need arises.

Can't say enough good things about these folks. The office staff, as well as our technician (Robert), were super friendly, professional and attentive. Robert was very thorough on both the initial visit as well as the follow-up. Like a lot of people we tried attacking the problem ourselves, using both store-bought odorous ant baits as well as home-remedy types. We would see progress initially, but soon the ants would be back in full force. Robert helped us to understand why those tactics don't work in the long term with this particular pest. Rambo's system of control on a larger scale is what we needed. Just about three weeks in and almost no ants to be seen! Well worth the money. I also highly recommend their monthly follow-up program - it's a solid investment in the well being of your home! So great to have these guys in your corner.

Russ actually called about an hour before our appointment window and asked if coming early would be ok, which it was. He was very courteous and friendly. I let him know about being highly allergic and had someone else show him where the nest was. He quickly went to work, spraying it thoroughly. Only a handful of hornets escaped, which was a relief. He then cut the hive down out of the tree and bagged it up to take with him. He let us know what to expect as far as foragers and such that could still return briefly. We'd been surprised at the size, that we didn't see it sooner, as we'd just been working around the tree a few days earlier and it was only about 9ft off the ground and easy to see. He took the time to explain that they can build them very quickly. He also made some suggestions, because of my allergy, of things we can do to help keep some of the wasps & hornets away from the house. Such as pheromone traps at edges of property and spraying. We keep a fairly close eye on the house and yard already, spraying when we see activity, but hadn't thought of the traps. We were very pleased with the service and will definitely use them again if we have any more problems we can't handle on our own.

We've been using them for about 8 months. What's cool is they also send you like an electronic invoice and electronic version of what they actually did with their services.

Good, they did not over charge me. They told me how I could improve the lack of access to my house and did the basics.They did an excellent job.

The service went great. I ended up signing up with them for a period of time to make sure the rodent issue was completely taken care of. We used them monthly for $50 for 6 months after the initial service. They would come out to check the traps and dispose of the rodents as needed. Russ was our technician. He was very courteous sand professional. I had no problem scheduling with the company. They came out in a timely manner.

The infestation was horrific! The guys that went down in the crawl space had to deal with rats all around them. They took care of it for us and it was worth every penny! They continue to monitor and there hasn't been any problems since.

They are absolutely fantastic. Its family owned and they’re very responsive. The way they work with me is really great. I wouldn’t use anybody else actually. They’ve been very good to deal with. I would absolutely use them again in the future.

Very conscientious about calling. Wears booties anytime he comes into the house. Knowledgeable about his work, takes time to answer any questions we have. We saw them working at the neighbors, got their phone number and called them.

Luke and Chris mapped out a plan to eliminate the rats. They helped seal all openings in the garage and continued to check monthly until problem was under control. We are now on a quarterly plan and have not had a rat in a month. Rambo has done everything they said they would do and follow up to make sure we are satisfied. I will continue to use them and would recommend this company.

It was great. I didn't have to be there. He just billed me and gave me a loyal customer discount because I've used him before.

Luke found where they were getting into our crawl space and sealed up the small, hidden openings. He set traps, caught and killed the rats, and put kid-proof bait stations outside. (The bait stations are also chicken-and pet proof). With re-baiting as needed, we have had no more problems with rats. Thank you very much for your knowledge and great service!

It didn't! I spent a lot of money and it didn't resolve the issue. The guy who came out was awesome and very informative. But I felt pressured and had continuous calls to schedule them out I had them out for 3 service calls and still had the problem I felt like they do that to generate more calls to make more money! To bad! I feel bad writing the review because the service guy was fine It was the office people that called constantly until I sent them a not so friendly email that I no longer needed their service & I felt they were harassing me

Luke went into the crawl space, killed the yellow jackets and came back out with the nest. Problem solved! He was very professional and informative. I am grateful, however, I thought the price was quite high.
